‘Pelican Nest’, Tropical Naples Villa w/ Pool

Private and clean. Spacious.

Very beautiful lanai and pool area. Very private. House had everything we needed. As we experienced some chilly weather they came by to check on the pool heater which was very nice. Airport noise was heard but it was not annoying. We had a wonderful stay.

The house was clean, modern, and comfortable. The pool area was great as it was surrounded by beautiful foliage. The pool was nice and in great shape.

The pelican nest is our favorite VRBO of all time. It is a perfect set up for our multi-family vacation. We return every year, sometimes twice a year. Jimmy and Chris are so accommodating, respectful and rock at communication! They are proactive and handle any issues in a timely manner. They go above and beyond which is why we keep coming back. Thank you!

Stayed for 5 nights. Worked perfect for the 7 people we had staying there. Pool was nice and having 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms makes for easy getting ready time. The owner was kind enough to extend our checkout time till a few hours later as our flight was pushed back. 5 -10 minutes from anything you need. Owner also called after our stay to see if they could change anything. Would stay again. Good price for what you get compared to others we looked at.

Pelican Nest was a very clean, Florida ranch in a small neighborhood close to Old Naples shopping, dining, beach, etc. The kitchen had all new appliances and ample cupboard space for all our groceries. We cooked in many nights and used the grill a couple of times. We spent most of our time on the big screened porch and in the beautiful pool. We enjoyed our time there. Also, Chris, the manager, was very quick to answer our questions and deliver any missing items. Thanks Chris.

Wonderful stay! Quiet neighborhood. The house suited our family perfectly. The kitchen had basic needs. Like many listings, the online pictures made the rental look bigger than it actually is but otherwise, we were very happy. The BBQ poolside was a bonus. Beaches & restaurants very close by.

We stayed here for 6 night - to families with teenagers. And we all loved this house. Especially the pool. The place is very close to the beach. We spent many hours at Naples beach. We could have used a bit more utilities, plates, spoons and so on in the kitchen. But overall a beautiful place. Very clean.

Was one of the best home rentals ive ever experienced. The pool is perfect and the rooms have super comfy beds. The kitchen is stocked well with the equipment to make feasts of all kinds and grill allows you to bbq for your family. The screened in porch allows you to eat bug free :) ! Love this place if i can get a house like this Id treasure it forever. For now hope to keep finding rentals like this
