We went with friends and we were both celebrating our 30th anniversaries. It was heaven. The view was absolutely gorgeous and is now our home’s tv screensaver because it was miles and miles of stunning Tuscan countryside. It had a very large, private, peaceful garden. The apartment was perfect. Definitely Tuscan charm, clean and updated with gorgeous marble bathrooms. The town was charming and dinner at the pizza restaurant at the entrance of town had the most charming host. The restaurant just steps away was so delicious we immediately reserved a second night. The town is very small but was perfect for me. A well equipped grocery store and pharmacy just up a street. Kind, warm, helpful proprietors. I really felt I was experiencing true small town Tuscany. We had wonderful day trips to amazing towns. I can’t wait to return. It was a magical place. The hosts were gracious and very responsive. Excellent choice if you are looking for beauty, peace, and relaxation with great options for day trips. It was magical.

Our family of 5 spent 6 days in this idyllic villa. It exceeded our expectations in every way. It was our home base for day trips to nearby hill towns. Close to a store for shopping and restaurants for coffee or “the best pizza in Italy”. The views from the yard are spectacular and breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. One tip: visit the tourism office your first day to get info on local events and make your trip more informed. We all loved it and would love return again.

Lovely place with a wonderful view. Own parking place, just outside the gate an electric charger for the car. Within the little town of Radicondoli 3 restaurants and a supermarket a few steps away.

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at the villa. The view is spectacular and the garden is very pretty. Everything was clean and free of clutter. Chiara was always available for any questions. The village itself is very pretty with friendly locals. There was even a concert in the small plaza while we were there. We would love to return. Our dog loved the ample space in the garden to explore.

Although we stayed 10 nights, it was not long enough. We loved this villa for the comfort, the modern amenities, the awesome garden with views, and the convenience to the lovely village. It was perfect as a home base for day trips in Tuscany, or just spending time exploring Radicondoli. What a lovely hilltop village! One of my favorite activities was walking to the bakery in the mornings for fresh croissants, then stopping at the Coop for fresh fruit. There are 2 excellent restaurants in the village: Pergula and Agritecca. The owners are easy to communicate with, and on the rare occasion that we needed something they responded quickly and resolved the issue. It was truly a perfect stay!

Staying at Federico's villa in Radicondoli was a highlight of our trip to northern Italy and Tuscany. Radicondoli is a beautiful little hill town, and staying there allowed us to escape from the crowds of other tourists elsewhere on our trip. The villa is clean and beautifully designed, and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are gorgeous. (One small note: bring shampoo and body wash with you.) The view over the valley from the garden is spectacular — we could have spent our entire stay just sitting outside and watching the clouds floating over the rolling hills below us. Our host, Federico, was wonderful. He provided tips on what to see and do during our stay, and when our rental car broke down, he very helpfully arranged transportation for us to the closest train station so that we could carry on with our trip. If you're going to Tuscany, book this villa. You won't regret it.

Everything about our stay was lovely. The hosts were accommodating, the rooms clean, and the views stunning. The town is small and lovely for a peaceful day and great meal, and a great location to base other Tuscan adventures from. Our only issue was not getting to stay longer!

This was our second visit to Radicondoli and this location was just perfect for our party of two couples. Federico and Chiara were very responsive and accommodating although we didn't really need much after check in... the house was perectly appointed. Two lovely bedrooms and bathrooms so we had plently of space. Radicondoli is a great home base to visit many iconic Tuscan towns. We would definitely return to this idyllic spot... it is in our hearts. Grazie mille!Radicondoli towns a

Unbelievable apartment in the heart of Tuscany! The small town, Radicondoli where it is located, is a hidden gem. Its old stone streets and buildings are so historic and typical of ancient Italian towns. The food was delicious at the few restaurants, the people were so lovely and friendly. The owner made a reservation for us the first night as we arrived at 8:00pm for us, at the trattoria /pizzeria right around the corner up into the town. The 2 bedroom apartment was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was a great launching spot to visit Sienna, 25 mins away, and Florence about 1.25 hours away. We also went to San Gimignano on our last day, on our way to Perchia in Umbria. I wish we had one more day to just watch the sunset with a glass of wine! Thank Federico and Fernando!!!

We stayed here for 4 nights; this was our favorite stop in our 2 week tour around Italy. Privacy and plenty of space for 2 couples. Coop (groceries) is basically a walk up through one of the tunnels. Go to Agriteca in Piazza—unbelievably delicious and farm to table.

The pictures online don’t do justice for this villa. Spacious and comfortable. Spectacular views!! Only item for improvement is a new coffee machine is needed. It would not work. These things happen. Hope to return next year!
