Accommodating up to eight individuals, the villa comprises four bedrooms and an equal number of bathrooms. The lower floor welcomes guests with a fully equipped, spacious kitchen leading to a barbecue and garden area. The expansive living and dining room, adorned with comfortable seating for up to twelve, features satellite TV, a DVD player, and a music centre. Two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, open onto a charming terrace with panoramic views of the Douro Valley.



Ascending to the upper floor reveals a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a balcony, along with a master double bedroom boasting an en-suite shower room and balcony. The master bedroom extends its hospitality with a sofa bed, accommodating an additional two children or one adult.



Outside, a sprawling lawn surrounds the rectangular swimming pool (10 X 4.5 meters), providing a picturesque setting. A poolside shower, barbecue area, and a generously equipped games room further enhance the outdoor experience.



The villa comes replete with an array of amenities, including a private swimming pool, optional pool heating, air conditioning, WiFi, and a washing machine exclusively for the maid's use.
