This comfortable, 2 bedroom holiday unit with a loft and raked ceiling is within walking distance to the Ningaloo Aquarium and Visitor Centre, Ross Street Mall and many eateries in Exmouth. The well-appointed unit is the perfect choice for your friends or family, accommodates up to 4 people and has access to Wi-Fi.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. For more information on what to bring, please check the What to Bring section of our website.

This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

    If I could change anything it would be to add a fan to the main bedroom and or have clear instructions how to switch off the light on the air con. Improve access to more TV channels. Only one channel available despite trying albeit we were out mist of the day. Include a fly spray and fix fly screen on the sliding door and more internal towel hanging space Loved the quiet safe location with easy access to everything. Very clean unit although worn out

    The property was good for 3 or 4 people or family and was quite comfortable with good kitchen and air conditioning. Showing its age but very good for a week's visit.

    Our stay Osprey Holiday Village was fantastic. Convenient location, clean unit and complex, and walking distance to the beach. The pool was great, after a day exploring to come back and relax. Thank you, Osprey, hoping to be back one day.

Tour pick up points were across the road at Potshot as well as a delicious restaurant when we didn't feel like cooking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although this location was central it was very obvious no maintenance or external cleaning had been done in a very long time. I would suggest the fixable things like the bedroom window, the washing line and external cleaning of windows and walls should be done ASAP. Internally the crockery and cutlery needs standardizing and updating and things like salad bowls etc provided. It looked like a collection of mismatched items from a 2nd hand shop had been put into the kitchen cupboardsand leaves a bad impression. For some reason the bed in the main bedroom was against the wall so we needed to rearrange the bedroom. Bedsheets were mismatched threadbare and wrinkly (just like home) so I actually smelt them to check they were clean. Small things that don't give a great first impression.
