Welcome to Kwilena, (quill-an-ah) derived from the Aboriginal word for dolphin. The sheltered waters of Exmouth Gulf are an important feeding and nursing habitat for Australian humpback dolphin, and Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins. If you are lucky you may get to see some of these dolphins from town beach which is walking distance from this amazing holiday home.

Location is not the only great thing about Kwilena. It is a brand new house completed in 2024, with easy care landscaped gardens and fencing.

The inside will not disappoint either with 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 adults comfortably and 2 bathrooms for added convenience and privacy. The large open plan living area is perfect for cooking up a storm in the well appointed kitchen, to dining with the whole family in the dining area or outside near the BBQ, to relaxing in front of the telly after a big day exploring the Cape Range National Park on the cozy Lounges.

The main bedroom with ensuite is tucked away from the rest of the bedrooms. There is a large, comfy king sized bed and plenty of room too spread out.
The other side of the house has the 2nd bedroom with queen sized bed, the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, and the 4th bedroom has a single bed with a trundle. The family bathroom with seperate toilet and laundry with washer and dryer are also in this wing completing the essentials for an easy family holiday.

There is access to the back yard through a side gate for extra parking for the boat or toys. The backyard is fully fenced so the kids are safe and secure. The patio is shady and the living is easy when you book your holiday at Kwilena.

No pets allowed.
4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed.

All linen and bath towels are provided.

All of our holiday homes are self provisioning. Some basic items have been provided for your convenience. Supermarkets are open 7 days a week and are located in the town centre.

    House was gorgeous! Lots of space for two children 1 & under and a beautiful lawn area outside. In a nice location walking distance with paths for prams for quite a few different eating locations and town beach just down the road.
