The beautiful, air-conditioned 3 bedroom villa accommodates 6 guests and is within walking distance to town centre. It is well-equipped for you to have a tranquil time visiting the Ningaloo Reef including access to Wi-Fi. After exploring the wonderful sights Exmouth has to offer, enjoy a refreshing dip in the Osprey Village pool surrounded with beautifully landscaped gardens, located right next to the villa.
Prepare your own meals and dine alfresco in the undercover entertaining area with a built-in barbeque or stroll to the cafes and restaurants in town. Your holiday, your say: pack your time full of exciting adventures on the North West Cape or simply take it easy and chill out in your own villa.

Open plan living and dining area includes a dining suite, three comfortable lounges and a flat screen TV.
Fully-equipped kitchen has an oven, an electric stove top, a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and cooking utensils.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

    Walking distance to shops/restaurants. Villa well laid out, allowed space for everyone without being on top of each other. Loved the pool and gardens. Will be back, highly recommend.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking itself and communication was easy and the place appeared clean on arrival. On closer inspection the bbq was dirty and there was a lot of tired looking blinds and skirting boards. It just needed a bit more maintenance but bedding was clean and comfortable. We addressed the bbq issue but it still was not resolved in 4 days. I’m not in a rush to return but it was very safe environment for our kids and had all the essentials you needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice accommodation, right next to the pool. Nice undercover area outside with a biilt in BBQ. Enough beds for 6 people to stay and room to park a car and a boat. The two single beds upstairs were a little uncomfortable, but the kids don't mind. Location is excellent, easy to walk across road to shops or the pub. Only a short drive to the national park so perfectly located.

    Hi, Just wanted to note there wasn't a unit number so we drove around in the dark trying to find it at first. Also there was no hot water so we rang the number and followed the instructions to change the gas over. Other then that we love Osprey as its close to everything.
