Stayed Sep 21, 2025Upon our arrival we found that the washing machine did not work. The next day appliance repair people arrived and to it to the shop for repairs. After 3 weeks of having to go to another unit to do laundry, I spoke with Urlik about the washing machine. I stated that we had been patient and felt that a replacement was long over due. Urlik told me that it would be another three days, and if that wasn't satisfactory he would return my money and we could find somewhere else to go. Yes, he actually said that in front of witnesses. Needless to say I was shocked at his words. I said I would speak with my Wife and let him know. Fifteen minutes later an assistant came to our unit and apologized for his behavior. Anna assured us it would be resolved by the end of day. Anna was good to her word, and a replacement washing machine was drlivered three hours later. For a property manager to disrespect and threaten a customer does not reflect well on Orchid Paradise Homes Ltd in Hua Hin.
