This home checked all our boxes and more. All the rooms were spacious; the outdoor covered patio was the perfect hangout spot; and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The living room and dining area are very large with lots of seating. This home is also conveniently located close to tons of restaurants and activities. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it!

We were told ahead that the bulkhead was being repaired and there would be some extra noise. The cost was reduced because of that. However they never told us we would be fenced off, have to go around to the pool, had to park away as the road was closed and the garbage containers were far away. I am 84 and this was a problem. Next time you should be totally honest.

Our stay at the Villa's at Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina was the perfect way to end our summer break. Check in was easy and the property was clean and had everything you could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed for whipping up an easy meal. The location was very convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping.

We have a wonderful stay during mini season!

We recently stayed here for a family trip and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was sparkling clean and matched photos of the listing. The pool was a short walk away and so refreshing on hot afternoons! We appreciated that the kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of family games to entertain us when the weather didn’t cooperate with our outdoor plans. We would stay here again!

The place was clean and the views from the patio were nice. The owners and agent’s communications were great.

Great location; nice property; marina was very accommodating; easy check in/out; nice kitchen and bedrooms. The only complaints I have is the 2nd bathroom needs attention… There is mold growing in the grout around the tub, and there was a huge mass of hair caught in the tub drain that I had to fish out. Also it would seem that the bath towels and beach towels are being washed/dried and put away before they are completely dry causing them to smell sour/mildewy. A thorough washing and complete drying corrected the problem.

The unit was lovely. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of games. Lovely covered patio by the canal. Two wishes: wish the covered patio had a ceiling fan. Wish the bedrooms had blackout shades. Everything else was great. Would definitely return! Thank you!!

The property was thoughtfully (and beautifully) furnished and squeaky clean! The beds were cozy and we all slept well with plenty of space to spread out between the 3 bedrooms. The property management was friendly and communicative and even left us a welcome basket of useful items. We thoroughly enjoyed our close access to the pool, and walking around the marina. The villa was conveniently located for the things we wanted to do, and parking was easy. Thank you for making our stay in the keys a wonderful one!

Such a wonderful stay! Location was wonderful. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Our kids enjoyed the pool. We loved the outdoor space of the property as well. Very clean and had all we needed.

Very clean and great quality. I wish we had had more time to just relax at the rental since it had a beautiful deck, but we had a lot of back to back plans.Super easy check-in process and they gave a lot of information about the area I plan to use for a future stay.

We enjoyed this property very much and the property matched the listing accurately. The home was very well stocked, even for a family who likes to cook in and make/take sandwiches to the beach! We had 7 persons in our party and there was sufficient space. For sleeping, 6 persons is ideal for the available beds in bedrooms. Lovely patio, and we loved the pool in the early evening to cool off and relax. Location was good and close to beaches, groceries, gas, ice cream, and fin rental. I would recommend this property. Some of the information about check-in, garbage, and other items is cut/paste and not very informative, confusing, and out of date, but overall it did not detract from our stay at all. Great property and we would recommend to friends/family for a future stay.

Loved this property and all the included extras. The decor and cleanliness puts it over the top! Shared pool is a huge benefit and so nice when coming in from fishing/snorkeling. Rented a boat and paid a nominal extra marina fee, also used the marina fish cleaning station. Our family will definitely book again!

From the start, our experience was top-notch. Great communication, as Lindsay responded to all my questions quickly. Property was perfect for the fishing, snorkeling and boating we planned to do. The folks at the Boat House Marina took all the stress out of launching, storing the trailer, and pulling the boat out at check out. Property was clean and well appointed with a coastal theme. Would not hesitate to book again!

All was wonderful- location, cleanliness, house, amenities but we have on suggestion. The two smaller bedrooms need mirrors. We had 6 adults, 4 sharing one bathroom. If there had been mirrors in each of the bedrooms, it definitely would have been much easier to share the bathroom. Getting ready in your own room after showering took too much time because you had to wait to use the mirror in the bathroom until somebody else was done. They made getting Ready to go out much longer.so our Suggestion is to put a mirror to make that process easier. Otherwise it was wonderful!
