Stayed Jun 30, 2023Our kid, her partner, my spouse, and I spent 4 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. The initially intimidating, steep road led us to our amazing duplex villa. Everything is new and of modern design. It has sweeping views of the bay and is backed by the forest. The kitchen is set up for minimal cooking but has a full complement of dishes and glassware. The bedrooms are well appointed with luxury towels and bed linens. The daily unit cleaning was a nice surprise. The whole unit was immaculate. The big sliding glass doors that open to the deck with the pool allowed for a lovely breeze through the kitchen/living area. The air conditioning worked well and was great when there was no breeze to be had.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023Location was secluded and quiet all throughout the day. No traffic noise. Villa is beautiful, rooms are spacious. Felt like first class lodging. Workers very helpful.

Stayed Jul 24, 2022We’ve seen the photos before going to property but our expectations were exceded in all respects. Kids and us enjoyed very much staying in the Thesis Villas and we look forward to getting there again.
