Oceanfront Private 10 Bedroom Villa perfect Wedding/ family/ friends reunions,

Our family of 12 stayed at the Villa for 5 days. We’ve traveled abroad every year for many years, and we’ve had multiple family vacations. This was indeed the most amazing and wonderful family vacation we’ve ever had. The overall setting of Castillo del Mar is spectacular! The view of the ocean is inspiring, with the sound of the waves lulling us into a sense of utter relaxation. The pool is one of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. The bedrooms can best be described as luxurious. Each of the multiple areas at which we enjoyed our meals was more beautiful than the other. We ate poolside, as well as on a balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Peggy, the property manager, was superb. She took care of everything—seemingly effortlessly, and always with a smile. Peggy also arranged each night for us to have a glorious full moon looking down on us, lighting a path across the ocean. It was inspirational! Diali, the concierge, was also excellent--always pleasant and always able to accommodate our needs. The meals were carefully prepared and flavorful. We can’t emphasize too much how wonderful Peggy and her staff were, making this one of the most wonderful family vacations we’ve ever had. We’re hoping to return with our family next year. Peggy and Diali were amazing!! I normally don't visit the same location twice as I travel the world looking for new experiences, but I loved this trip so much I would definitely return. So much so that I would think about finding property to move there for vacation!

The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures. The staff were helpful and attentive. Our whole group, young and older found the villa amazing and we can’t wait to go back.

Our extended family spent a week at this beautiful villa. The accommodations and exquisite views are amazing. The giant pool lined with palm trees and ocean views is like no other. The Incredible staff was so accommodating and made our week perfect. It was hard to come back to reality! We will definitely be returning! Highly recommend this luxurious vacation!

Had the most amazing trip at Villa Castillo Del Mar. The staff was amazing, the food was excellent and the house was beautiful. I would highly recommend the Villa to the most discerning of travelers. The beach was beautiful - my partner is a surfer and she rented a board and surfed for an afternoon.

I can not believe the weekend we had in Villa Castillo Del Mar! A month later now our wedding is still the talk of all of our friends and family! My wife and I had our wedding and we brought the wedding party and immediate family down to stay at the villa for the weekend of the wedding. Everyone that came with us was at awe from the moment they walked into the villa until the moment they left! I am going to break everything down by section so I can honestly illustrate the amazing time we all had there. The villa - Breathtaking, beautiful, discrete, private oasis, serenity, the best combination of beauty and peace, a true weekend getaway, heaven on earth, never want to leave and a host of other comments are what we heard the entire time there. The craftsmanship, the location (in front of private beach) the attention to the details in building of it, the accommodations (pool, spa, bar, rooms, etc) all are top of the line accommodations. The sheer magnitude of what you get when you stay in the villa is next to none and I am so happy that my wife and I decided to have our wedding weekend there. The villa staff - Peggy the villa property manager, Gabriele the overly accommodating concierge, and the other cooks, maids, bar tenders, waitresses and waiters all worked in harmony to provide us with an effortless and relaxing time. I was humbled by how kind, polite, sincere everyone who worked at the villa was that I wish we could go back ASAP and stay there again. I would go there just to be amongst them again and be treated as special as they treated us. The food - All I can say is More Please! Everything was so perfect and tasted delicious. The lobster, filet mignon, beverages, snacks and assorted breads and cheeses..only made me want more. My guests were full from the meals everytime they ate. The staff served us and catered to everytime we needed a refil or wanted more. Last but not least - Will my wife and I be back again...we are already planning for a five year reunion with the friends and family. Peggy, Gabriele and everyone...we will see you soon! I am writing this review to share the AWESOME experience my friends and family to celebrate my 50th. We stayed from We'd to Wed to fly into Samana on 45mins away from the villa. I was a little skeptical in the beginning because sometime you can not trust the actual pictures on the Internet. I honestly can say that the pictures DO NOT do this villa justice. Every room is FANTASTIC and so spacious all of my 15 guest were extremely pleased with this villa. The customer service is OUTSTANDING from Peggy - Manager to Gabrielle the Concerige and Art the bartender. The chef was AMAZING because the food from breakfast- snack to Dinner just healthy and tasteful. This experience will change all my future celebrations/vacations because we felt like royalty. I had my celebration on Saturday night and Peggy helped me set up a DJ as well as Salsa dancers to help us with lessons. The night was amazing and they surprised me with a Beautiful Birthday cake. Just fabulous and a NIGHT to remember. We would discuss an idea just to talk through it and then Gabrielle would make it happen. We were talking about church and mentioned it to Peggy and she arrived Sunday morning to drive us to her church. What an AWESOME experience. I recommend this EXPERIENCE to everyone because I guarantee your standards will increase after this vacation. I am already telling others to connect with Peggy to have this experience because I will definitely return in the future.

I was there recently for a dear friend's birthday. I'm a relatively sophisticated traveler, but this experience was truly exceptional! The estate is luxurious , the views are idyllic and the level of attention from Gabriel, Melvin, Art and Manager Peggy made me feel like royalty. The meals were outstanding (one of the few vacations where I've lost weight). There is as much or as little activity as you desire. The locale is quite scenic--one long photo op. Just glorious.

We were lucky enough to have our wedding at this amazing villa. We had 19 people (15 adults and 4 children) stay for 5 nights of complete luxury! Every bedroom had a private bathroom and they were all HUGE! Each room was like a master suite and no two rooms were the same, they all had unique characteristics. I would highly recommend renting this villa, especially if you are planning a destination wedding! The chapel area was perfect and the pictures we got of our wedding are incredible! Peggy (the property manager) helped with everything we needed to plan our wedding (hired wedding planner, DJ, Pastor, Photographer, etc.) and took all the stress off me! I did not have to worry about anything and everything was perfect! We also purchased the meal plan this villa offers and WOW!!!!! Every single meal was beyond good, and they even make special meals for the children. The staff was so friendly and helpful, they made us feel like royalty! This place has it all! We can't wait to go back!

This trip was to celebrate my sons graduation from high school. There was a total of 24 family members and that in itself was stressful, however, this could not have been more of an amazing trip! From the moment that we arrived we were totally pampered. Drinks and snacks were awaiting us as well as the staff taking care of all of our luggage and belongings. Thankfully before we arrived we decided in which order each family would pick there bedrooms. Honestly every room was beautiful so no one was disappointed. The house itself was incredible. The pool was stunning and the view literally took your breath away! Honestly there are no words that could describe the view.There were 12 adults and 12 children ages 8 months to 17. The staff was so accommodating to all of our needs. Every meal they made sure that there were kid friendly items that no matter what the adults ate there was something for the kids which was a huge plus. The food was outstanding! I still crave the avocado salad to this day. One meal was better than the next nd the snacks in between left you satisfied all day long. We did have Gabriel our concierge go out and get extra snacks for the kids as well as any spirits the adults requested. They did have to make several trips during our week stay but that was never an issue. The pool at the house was humongous and there were times that literally we were all in the pool at the same time and probably only took up 1/4 of the space. We took walks down to the beach which I have to say could be treacherous at times but totally worth checking out. The kids gathered shells and the beach was beautiful. We had massages on several days to which the therapists came right to the house. The kids kept busy on the video games and playing ping pong. Some of us went on ATV tours through the mountains as well as going to this amazing park that had zip lines and cliff jumping. Also we visited town and went to this pristine beach that the kids loved. Honestly I didn't know what to expect going into this vacation. There were so many of us going and I wanted to make sure everyone would enjoy themselves and by the end of the week nobody wanted to leave.The highlight of our trip was the bonfire on the beach that the staff put together for my sons celebration. A pig roast at the house and Caribbean festivities on the beach just made the trip! I would go back tomorrow if I could! You were so unbelievably relaxed at all times. This truly was a trip of a lifetime!!!
