Each of the four bedrooms is en suite, with three suites opening on to a spacious tiled terrace, to take in the 180 degree open water view and to soak up the sun in your own personal space.

This meticulously constructed custom designed home is a true engineering masterpiece with open water views. While the main suite is smartly placed on the ground level and entirely accessible with no stairs, the unique split floor plan allows for two incredible living areas offering guests a separate retreat to relax and take in the view. A fantastic kitchen can host several chefs and is complete with double convection wall ovens, two sinks, amazing range and plenty of sitting for at least ten guests between the breakfast nook and the dinning room set.
Your own private beach, with an above ground pool, fire pit, kayaks, paddle boards, complete this idilic setting which represents the epitome of luxury and quiet relaxation.

Plenty of parking in the drive way and a two car garage. You can bike around the neighborhood and you can play tennis and basketball on the shared grounds a block away from the house.
In the morning you can get bagels and the best coffee in Key West at Baby's Coffee and if you run out of wine and champagne you can also get that there.

We are 7 miles away from Key West so you can drive or take a taxi or use any of the sharing rides apps. Please do not drink and drive, our police officers are really tough on drunk driving.
