Oceanfront 4BR 3.5 Bath 3100 sqft Villa with private pool and balcony

The house was amazing. Great communication. Location was epic. The pool in the yard was used daily. We felt isolated even though we were right across from the beach.

Beautiful property with great access to the beach and a wonderful pool. It was a perfect setup for our family with four kids, plus in-laws, all staying at the same property. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms very nice, and the showers really lovely. We really loved the wildlife all around the property, especially the macaws and iguanas. The property caretakers were also very helpful and kind and kept everything very clean. Would definitely come back to stay!

We had a fabulous time and the house was perfect! It had everything we needed. We were two families (family of 4 and family of 3). There was plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms!!! The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels and beach towels I, as well. The location was great - away from too many people but close enough to Jaco. The views were amazing as well as the daily visits from the cat, macaws, and lizards. The pool was perfect to lounge in. We definitely recommend this place for a fantastic stay!

Everything was just as we expected, and as described online, it was very convenient having a car there that we could rent and use the only exception to the 5 star is that the air conditioning temperature setting had a preset minimum which was above my comfort level. The system would time out in 20 minutes. If there's not movement in the room. Many days we came back to a hot and uncomfortable house that would take hours to cool back down. In the evening, if you didn't keep moving in the room, you would go to bed in a warm and humid room and the system would shut off while your sleeping. Although it worked the dishwasher was not mounted to the cabinet.

One of the best family vacations we have had in Playa Hermosa. House was perfect, clean and perfect size for a large family. House has everything you need. David answered all my questions and the property manager was very helpful. The property staff were so kind and helpful. House is in one of the best locations and close to everything you may need or want to see. The beach is not safe to swim but the beach is beautiful to sit on w/ beautiful sunsets, do wish the house supplied beach chairs. When it rains the back road gets flooded, this was a bit of a concern but didn't ruin our vacation. I highly recommend David's Beach House. Perfect beach house & location. I wish we were still there. We plan on renting this house again in the near future.

This property is all that is stated and pictured! There were 8 woman...plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Super clean. The only draw back if any is the beach is not swimmable, but plenty of surfing. Absolutely amazing trip and would definitely stay here again. We also rented the suv from the property and it was perfect!!an.

Beautiful place and comfy sanctuary for a group of three retired women and three still-workers. Remote enough for privacy but close enough to walk to restaurants or Uber to grocery store. Young friendly cat visited everyday (outside). We had a blast! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house close to the beach loved the pool! Macaws and iguanas daily. Plenty to do close by.

You cannot get better than this, perfect location, all amenities. We enjoyed our stay!!

The property and location are BEAUTIFUL!!!We were very comfortable and any needs or requests were seen to quickly.We cooked a lot of our own meals and the kitchen was well supplied with the necesary implements.

The property is very nice, quite spacious, everything very well organized. I had the opportunity to enjoy it with my brother and nephews. I would love to return again with my husband and daughters from Chicago.
