Ocean Views - Second Row -closest walk to beach access, pool, and tiki bar!

Lovely condo with great floor plan and location. Owner was super responsive! Beds were comfortable, kitchen well set up and living areas inviting. Will return!

We enjoyed ourselves, it was like being at home, everything you need is at your fingertips. It only took me 5 years to get this place but it worth the wait. We are booking 2 more stays right. Thank you to the owners for having a nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and well stocked. We cooked all our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa because it was clean, easily accessible and very well stocked but there are a few things future renters may benefit from knowing. There is a hot tub listed in the Pool & Spa section of amenities. When we attempted to turn it on and get in it, we were told by an Islander Villas employee that the hot tub hasn't worked in years. We were also disappointed to find that the pool closed at 7pm daily and even more disappointed in the tiki bar. The service was a disaster, if you could get any service, the drinks were the worst of any we had this week, and it closed at 530pm daily. Also, it should be noted that you're only allowed to use the shibumi shade on the beach. We set up a 4 post canopy for shade and was told to take it down by beach patrol, they claimed because of safety reasons but it made no sense whatsoever. The house was clean, very roomy and well stocked although we were surprised it didn't have crab crackers and dish towels, luckily we were able to do w/o the crackers and we brought our own dish towels. The master bedroom with the separate a/c had a strange smell but the a/c filters were clean. All in all we had a great vacation with great weather - Hurricane Debby wreaked havoc after we left. I would recommend this condo.

Even with Hurricane Debby we still had a great time. Communication with owners was great. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there was a lot of dust on ceiling fans in bedrooms and lamp shades.

Highly recommend!!! Overall our stay was great. Property is well stocked inside & out and in a Great Location. The electrical upgrade to charge golf carts was much appreciated. Beds are comfy. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Floors could use a good once over inbetween rentals but considering the traffic it gets….☺️ OIB never disappoints ????

Beautiful place on first floor of the condo! Access to a huge pool and two different easy access to the beach within walking distance. Golf cart charging under the condos was very convenient. Condo had everything your normal home has which made for a very easy stay! Owner was very responsive to any questions!! Great place to stay!!

We had a great time! We found the room to be exactly as described. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything we needed. I would highly recommend!

The condo was great for our family of 8 adults, plenty of room. The unit was well stocked, very nice, linens included and a short walk to the beach. The area was quiet. The elevator was a definite plus!

Amazing location and spacious property! Dave was a top tier host, so accommodating and helpful ahead of our stay. Tons of room and great location, close to beach and other hotspots. Would absolutely recommend this space to anyone coming to the area! Thank you Dave!!!!!!!!!!
