This rental experience on the beach of lovely Omni Plantation met and exceeded my expectations. The owner has done an excellent job of thoughtfully providing everything you need for a relaxing, pleasurable stay. The location and view can’t be beat. It’s a corner unit so you also have a view from the side of the balcony. Johanna is very good at communicating with you quickly and addressing any questions or needs. Perfect weather all week was an extra bonus!

Condo was very nice and host the best! Very attentive and responsive. Beautiful view from the property. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed including plenty of coffee with Keurig and coffee maker. Trash bags, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, plastic wrap, etc. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion for the bathroom including 2 sets of towels each. Laundry facilities on the same floor and free! Easy access to the beach, private pool for condominiums. Very nice furniture and beds. Pet friendly which was a plus! Cannot say enough about Johanna, the host. She really goes out of the way to make your stay very enjoyable. We had a great time and will stay again!

You are greeted with a Million Dollar view when walking in the front door of this condo. Relaxation plus! The host, Johanna, is simply wonderful- welcome sweets are left in the refrigerator, and she follows up with just a minor snag at the front gate, making sure our arrival goes well. The complex is quiet and the beach is just steps away. We had a wonderful time!

The host is top notch, the condo and area are wonderful. Look forward to staying here again.

Great Ocean view in a clean well maintained property. We enjoy the walking trails and beach overlooks nearby. This was our third year staying here and we’ve already booked it for next year. Johanna is very responsive to our communications and very helpful. Overall an Excellent place to vacation.

This was our 3rd year in a row staying in Mrs. Johanna's Sandcastles condo and we loved it once again! You just can't beat the peacefulness felt staying here with the outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean and all the amenities provided. Every year, Mrs. Johanna, goes above and beyond to make our stay the best she can. We so appreciate that! We look forward to coming back soon.

Overall, an excellent place to stay. The condo is pretty and well-appointed, with lots of extras for my dog. It's close to the shops (a 5 minute walk via the walking path) and restaurants, and located right next to the Omni, so access to the bar. The pool area is right under the condo balcony and the beach right in front can get a bit crowded due to the Omni right next door. But if you want to be right in the middle of everything, its a good location. Nice complex, too. The host was very responsive to my concerns about the elevator and fireworks shot off in front of the complex (we stayed over the 4th of July). I would definitely stay here again.

This condo is amazing! The host was wonderful, the little touches are everywhere through this home from treats, to having all the things you may not even know you needed (ie bug spray for those “no-see-ems”). I cannot wait to come back again. Perfect view of the ocean and pool! The sunsets were unbelievable! The room was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We didn’t want to leave!

This was our second stay at this condo on Amelia Island. It was an excellent repeat stay. Johanna is a wonderful host with great communication and a clean and well stocked unit. The location can’t be beat with a perfect view and easy access to the clean and quiet beach and clean and quiet pool. We look forward to another stay next year!

Such a wonderful stay! The condo is lovely, looks just like the photos, and the view is spectacular. Johanna goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you may need for your vacation (beach chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, bug spray, etc) and even left welcome treats for us along with a handwritten note wishing us an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

Condo is on the end of the building, very quiet. Spacious balcony, had beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, even sunscreen. The owner even had a couple of desserts in the fridge. 5 stars, can’t wait to come back next year!

Our communication with our host, Johanna, was thorough, timely and easily understood. We followed directions, and check in was a breeze. The unit is on the 5th floor, but that was never an issue as luggage transports were readily available and so was the elevator. The unit itself was immaculate and very well appointed! There is a walkout balcony that faces the beach with lovely morning and evening nature shows. Everything you could possibly want was available including special treats and flowers! The pool is large with plenty of seating. The unit is right on the beach, so the ocean was only a short walk.Check out directions were also clear and extremely simple. The Omni area is lovely, the beach itself uncrowded and parking was never an issue.I wish I could give 6 stars! We can’t wait to go back!

Amelia Plantation is gorgeous. Property is excellent and well maintained. Beds are comfortable. My wife and I want to come back again. This place is well worth the almost 500 mile drive.

The condo was beautiful. It was decorated so lovely. The host had everything ready for us and thought of all the right touches. The view from the condo and balcony is breathtaking. The host did an amazing job. Would stay here again most definitely Loved it.

Absolutely perfect place to stay! The Unit had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. My niece was happy to have her own bed with the pull out sofa. The thing was we wished it had at least one more short backpack chair for the beach. We would stay here again for sure!

We had an amazing time on Amelia Island, and Johanna helped to make our trip wonderful! The condo was stocked with everything we needed, was clean, cozy and quiet. They talk about location in real estate, and this condo was definitely the perfect location. It overlooked the beach and ocean, so we had amazing sunrise and moonrise views from our balcony. Johanna even had binoculars available for us to use for dolphin watching. And the condo is located at the end of the building, so it was nice and quiet. Very peaceful! We will definitely be staying here again!

This is my husband and I's second time staying in this condo. We loved it so much the first time that we came back again. The direct ocean view from the balcony is fabulous and so peaceful! Johanna was such a pleasure to work with again. She is definitely over the top as a host and pays special attention to her guests needs. We brought our electric bikes this year and had a great time riding all over the bike trails and beach. Thanks again Johanna!!
