Ocean Front and Beach Luxury Villa

We had a wonderful experience! Such an amazing location and view. We even saw a whale swim by while lounging at the pool on our last morning. Alex is extremely responsive and helpful. Dulce cooked us an amazing meal on arrival and helped with any issues that came up during our stay. Truly a gem of a location. We felt safe and really enjoyed the week.

The property is excellent! It was awesome to have big waves crashing on one side and then gentle waves (at a nearly private beach!) just steps from the gate. We saw whales on numerous days which was fantastic. There is a kayak on the property that we used to paddle around with sea turtles. Our family of 6 was very comfortable in all the bedrooms/bathrooms. The pool was great and we packed rafts to float around. Dulce made us an incredible lunch and we wish we would have had her prepare one more meal before we had to leave. We visited Las Terrenas and Rincon and would recommend both! Most dinners were enjoyed in Las Galeras which has a great beach area. 3 of our family members love to snorkel, and I was disappointed we didn’t find masks to rent while we were in the DR. There were some in downtown Las Terrenas but we didn’t make the trek while enjoying the coast. We often do more excursions while on vacation but didn’t really feel the need to leave the villa too much. I think a binder with local restaurants, contacts, excursions, tips for the villa would be helpful to guests.

Alex is a great host. He was responsive and went extra miles to help us with local activities. The house is clean and beautiful with super ocean view. The beach is next to the house. We enjoyed ocean swimming and sea kayak.

My family and I stayed 9 nights at Casa de Blanca and had an amazing time. Dulce and Ruth were the best! They cooked several delicious meals for us and were so attentive to anything we needed. Alex was incredibly kind to us. The view is beautiful and the swimming beach is calm enough to enjoy with younger children. We drove to Playa Rincon twice for snorkeling. I highly recommend visiting this beach if you go. And you should!

Loved everything. Super spacious villa. Kitchen well stocked with appliances. But most amazing was pool area and sea views. Also the super friendly people of the campo. Host was amazing and super helpful with things we needed. Small market across street for beer and simple stuff but stop a the supermarket in Samana town before you get here. Beach is right next to villa. Short walk to some cool nearby blow holes. It is 3 hours from SDQ but a very scenic drive- do it in daytime. Overall great time.

Our family of four embarked on a soul-stirring journey to the Dominican Republic, eager to uncover the island’s treasures. Our first stop was a breathtaking house in Samaná—a vision of beauty that set our hearts ablaze. This wasn’t just a place to rest; it was a sanctuary of possibility. The property stretched wide, offering endless space to breathe and simply be, with a private beach just steps away calling us to its shores. From every corner, the ocean’s majesty unfurled before us, a daily masterpiece that lifted our spirits. The house itself was a perfect embrace—its generous rooms cradling our family with ease and opening its arms to our parents, who joined from Punta Cana for a visit that wove new threads into our story. The private pool sparkled as our children’s haven, their laughter dancing on its cool waters—a refreshing thrill in every splash.Then there was Chef Kenia, a radiant soul who turned meals into memories. She listened, she created, she delivered—each dish a love letter to our tastes. We’d roam the island by day, returning to the intoxicating scent of her cooking. She set the table with grace, cleared every trace, and even gifted us a birthday cake for our son, candle glowing—a moment of pure magic. The house met every need, despite gentle shower pressure and warm (not hot) water—fleeting whispers in a chorus of joy. This was no mere trip; it was a call to cherish life’s wonders together.

This villa is absolutely amazing! We spent 9 days here (just my husband and I) and wish we never had to leave. Communication was great with everyone involved. Kenia cooked us a couple mouthwatering meals, with much left over to eat in the following days. We rented ATV's for most of our stay and Kenia assisted us with the rental. I loved seeing the whales! We also had an almost private beach where we could swim, within steps from the house. This villa is large enough for many people! Very comfortable. I love Samana and everyone was so kind and friendly. I have nothing bad to say about this property. Very safe, very beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing this place with us, we greatly appreciate it.

The property was beautiful. The pool was maintained daily, the chefs were great. And Alessandro the host was very friendly and communicative. Highly recommend this as a stay.

Alessandro was and incredible host during our stay. Beyond ensuring that the home was clean and ready, he helped us with car rental and ensuring we had an amazing home cooked meal prepared by the cook for our arrival. The home was perfect for our family with spacious rooms and an incredible kitchen where we could cook and share meals together. Probably our favorite element was the views from the house. The huge rolling waves crashing on the shore were majestic and awe inspiring. Our children loved swimming and relaxing by the pool and eating on the outside dining room table. Finally, there are a number of great excursions we were able to go on that were close by as well as many beautiful beaches to visit.

The view was beautiful and unreal. The house was awesome, updated furniture and windows everywhere. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and dishes you would need.
