Noble House is a luxurious 5-bedroom beachfront villa located in the beautiful Montego Bay. Noble House is perched on one of the most coveted sites on Jamaica's lush north coast. This iconic villa is a unique, sprawling 15,000-square-foot private home.

The 600-square-foot main pavilion consists of the Great Room with 56 glass doors and massive wrap-around veranda on gleaming white Jamaican marble floors. Outside the Great Room, a Japanese footbridge arches over a reflecting pool to the formal dining room. Like the Great Room, the dining room has wrap-around glass doors that open to the gardens and ocean view's mesmerizing landscape. Everyone's favorite gathering place is the veranda generously furnished with deep comfy chairs and sofas, dining tables, a nearby bar and cable television.

Outside you will find a well-kept lawn dotted with gardens and a soft sand beach where you will find complimentary kayaks. The gentle surf makes it easy for parents and kids alike to paddle and play as much desired. Many memorable moments will be made here. The sprawling grounds are like both a park and a playing field. The gardens include a wild orchid tree, herb garden, two mango trees, one lime tree and a beautiful breadfruit tree. The wide lawns are home to croquet, badminton and volleyball. 100 yards offshore is Holden's Reef, a continuation of the barrier reef complex that fronts much of Jamaica's north coast. Easily reachable by kayak, this live reef is home to a myriad of tropical fish and corals.

Hi Noreen! Thank you for the welcome back, although none of us were happy to leave! We may have shed a tear or two as we were departing. We had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful in itself, but the staff really make it special! Every single person we came into contact with at Noble House was friendly and inviting. The nicest short term rental we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in and the experience has changed the way we intend to vacation. We will certainly be looking at Exceptional Villa options as we choose our next travel destination. The villa itself is breathtaking, a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with meticulously maintained pools, spotless grounds, and an atmosphere of pure relaxation. Every detail was cared for with precision, ensuring our stay was effortless. Falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach was the most peaceful and restorative experience—we had the best sleep every night. Kevin’s meals were beyond delicious—thoughtfully crafted with care and full of flavor, making every dining experience a highlight of our stay. Even taking into account and perfectly executing meals for one of our party with very specific allergies and eating requirements. Marvin ensured that our days by the pool were carefree, while Ontwan’s warmth and attentiveness made our evenings even more special. But beyond the stunning setting, it’s the people who made our Vacation with Exceptional Villas at Noble House extraordinary. The kindness and hospitality of the entire team from enquiry to leaving the entire experience made us feel truly at home, and we are so grateful for the incredible memories we made. This was our first experience renting a villa rather than a traditional hotel room and we loved the decision. From the minute we arrived we were pampered and spoiled. Noble House is truly as beautiful and the pictures show and the staff truly made the vacation special. We have four older teenagers and four adults and each of us enjoyed the beach, pool, games and property immensely. Roderick, Jerome, Ionie and all the staff made our stay so memorable - they arranged outings for us and created a home away from home. The food was beyond amazing - every meal was unique and delicious. We could not have asked for anything more!

The staff was exemplary, easily the best group of people we’ve ever experienced. Jerome could easily be an executive chef at a number of fine restaurants - I’d put his meals up against anything I’ve eaten anywhere. Nickroy was delightful and a touch mischievous - which is what one would want in a butler. The ladies were sweet and did their jobs very well; and Glen - along with his assistant - kept the grounds in great shape. The property is beautiful and inviting. It’s a great place.
