Stayed May 23, 2026Property is in excellent condition, unobstructed views of the ocean, property management is accessible and doesn’t miss a detail. Would recommend to any small family looking for a great spot near Coligny in Hilton Head!

Stayed May 7, 2026The outside dining table and zero-entry pool were great when traveling with a toddler. We appreciated the provided beach towels and having a washer and dryer available. The kitchen was well-stocked.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super clean home, well cared for with modern appliances and nicely updated bathrooms. View from balcony was great. Would have liked to have beach chairs included, and also a few kitchen staples. This is the first time I have rented a home that didn’t even have basic items like salt and pepper or a pod or two for the keurig. Not a knock on the home as the description didn’t promise these items, but just a little inconvenient. All in all, a fabulous rental that I would stay in again.

Stayed Mar 13, 2026I was emailed about broken elevator. I emailed back asking some questions and was never responded to. Thankfully it worked out. But having to go up 6 floors by stairs was a lot on our family of 4 with littles and other issues. Would have been nice to been responded back to for any accommodations that they could have made for us. Other than that, the condo was amazing. So clean and comfy.
