A few meters from the sea, in the Marina di Mancaversa, a few km from the center of Gallipoli and 1km from the beginning of the beaches of Gallipoli, new detached houses are built.
Articulated house with living area on the ground floor and sleeping area on the lower floor with rooms with opening for access to the outside space and consists of: garden in front of the house with porch, living room with large double sofa bed, kitchen with TV , n. 5 air conditioners, 2 bathrooms (each with shower, sink, toilet and bidet), laundry room with washing machine, n. 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one with a bunk bed, plus two single sofa beds to be placed in any room, outdoor area behind with wooden table and chairs, folding sun tent, barbecue area, access at the terrace with enchanting sea view.
Basic beds 6 with the possibility of additional beds on sofa beds up to a maximum of 4 for a total of 10 people.
The sea, both beach and very low cliff with wonderful seabed, can be reached on foot in less than a minute. In the immediate vicinity are all kinds of services: supermarket, minimarket, market, fishmonger, bar, lounge bar, restaurant, pizzeria, trattoria, church, hairdresser, tobacconist, pharmacy, service station, ATM, souvenir shop, tennis courts , soccer to 5 etc.
