Stayed Sep 6, 2025This stay was absolutely amazing! During our stay here, we were more than satisfied with the villa as it was fresh and clean, with a cosy ambiance exactly the one you want from a cottage. The sofa bed opened up easily and the air conditioning was superb. We will note, for those reliant on wifi, it was a bit sparse in the rooms, but that wasn’t really an issue for us. For those coming via car, you are able to park within the villa, which is secured with a gate. Additionally, the pool was always clean and the pool benches were up to par. It was also a pleasure to walk outside to a beautiful garden, coupled with fruit trees, and three lovely cats. Another plus, Marco lived right across so if there was anything, he was right there to sort it all and answer any questions or concerns. Overall, this was a pleasant and enjoyable trip and we will definitely recommend this cosy stay to anyone looking for a detached, cottage experience.

Stayed Aug 1, 2022We chose Sakin Vadi due to a recommendation from a friend, and we are glad we did. Vera and Muttalip (your hosts) are a very kind and open couple who make sure your stay is conformable and runs without issues. They both go out of their way to help and provide for you if needed. The houses within the property share a pool area that is large and its easy to keep on eye on little ones, if needed/relevant. You are sharing the pool with another holiday house so its a great place to go with two families or friends. I would recommend this place if looking for somewhere slightly quieter out of a main town, but a 15min walk to the beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969That was on of the most wonderful trips in our life. A place where the entire family can enjoy it. the pool is 24/7 available even in the middle of the night. The beach is just a few minutes walk. The villas are in a valley where you can enjoy the mountain scene while swimming in the pool. Kids liked that the most. Vera, the owner was a great person to meet. She made feel like home, a very helpful person and welcomed us like she knew us for years. She rented a car for us, which we received at Dalaman airport. Honestly it was amazing if you want to enjoy the mountains, the beach the pool but a way from tourists crowded place. I would recommend this place without a doubt. Khalil from London

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I was looking for a quiet rural place near the sea and I found it in Sakin Vadi! Vera and Muttalip are the most warmest hosts I ever met. Their three holiday houses and their own house are situated around a pool in middle of a vineyard and beautiful garden where you are allowed to collect fruits or herbs for your meal. Vera and Muttalip told me where to go to explore the environment, to find hidden places to relax or swim and the most beautiful was a daytrip on their sailboat Viva with Muttalip as Captain and a superbe picnic from Vera. I am sure I will spent more holidays in Sakin Vadi.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We discovered the wonderful Bozburun Peninsula last year while staying in a hotel in the area. This year we wanted something more personal but in the same location. We discovered Sakin Vadi, three villas around a pool with the owners house onsite. A beautiful location up in the hills surrounded by nature, It was an amazing find. Vera and Marco were such welcoming hosts and immediately treated us like friends visiting their home. Their ethos is to share with people their love of this beautiful area and they really are the warmest people you could wish to meet. We went on a wonderful trip on Marco’s yacht is not your average boat trip...we were out on the yacht for 11 hours and watched the sun set from the boat...it was wonderful... there was none of this following the same route as other boats, that we have experienced in the past...we just were out on our own, swimming in clear blue seas….pure heaven!!! Vera cooked all of the guests a incredible meal in their outside oven, it really was so delicious! We had a lovely evening with Vera, Ferdi and Deniz, the other guests, Joseph loved the little gecko that joined us for breakfast each morning! The accommodation itself is spacious, clean and very well equipped and the shared pool is great for a dip after a day out. We loved the mosquito net...what a treat!! The area around is wonderful to explore and Vera directed us to the beautiful Ciflik which became our favorite beach. You can also easily get to Datca in a day and we were able to explore the ruins at Knidos and we were then able to stop off at the beautiful Palambuku beach on our way back. Thank you so much Vera, Marco, Ferdi and Deniz, we cannot wait to return to the beautiful aSkin Vadi!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We (a family with one teenage daughter) stayed in Sakin Vadi for two weeks in August and had a wonderful time. The villas are beautifully designed, spacious, clean and well equipped. They are set within lovely gardens surrounded by a vineyard, fruit trees and chickens. The area is very rural and unspoilt and a car is essential to visit nearby beaches and towns. Selimiye and Bozburun are well worth a visit for an evening meal but generally this a real 'get-away-from-it-all' destination. The four days we spent on Mutalib's sailing yacht have been a real highlight of the holiday. The boat is fairly basic with only a hosepipe for a shower and a small shaded seating area but we had the most wonderful time sleeping on deck under the stars and swimming in the crystal clear waters of the many secluded bays that are only accessible by boat. Mutalib is a fantastic cook and managed to rustle up the most delicious meals in the tiny kitchen. Vera, Mutalib and their two sons Deniz and Ferdi are the perfect hosts- they made us feel more like friends than paying guests. We definitely hope to return!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stary at Sakin Vadi was one of the most amazing trips. Perfect for a family with children like us or for couples. The owners Vera and Mutalib were very welcoming and made everything super and available at anytime. The accommodation was just right and clean all the time. Not to mention the Garden with all the fruits and vegetables that we were welcome to use while we cooked occasionally. Also we did not need to sign up with any touristic company as Mutalib did a superb job in that regard, especially the fishing trip he took us to. By staying there you need a car to move around, and Marmaris the beautiful city was just 20 min away by car, the water falls 15 min by car and amazing beaches where just few walking steps from Sakin Vadi. Vera was an amazing host, and super caring to my children, until now they remember her and Mutalib and asks us when we will go back to them. Hopefully we will go back, as it really felt like home but with extra pampering. Vera and Mutalib thank you so much for making our vacation a memorable one.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful week in Sakin Vadi. The villas are superb - spacious, clean and comfortable, and the pool cool and inviting. Vera and Marco and their children Ferdi and Dennis were lovely hosts, providing a warm welcome and great hospitality throughout our stay. We enjoyed a fishing trip with a local fisherman, followed by a fish barbeque, and also a trip on Marco's boat, both arranged for us by Marco. Sakin Vadi is in a beautiful location, surrounded by hills, but within a mile of the sea. We would highly recommend these villas as a great location to relax and explore the surrounding region of Turkey.
