Stayed Jan 11, 2026I thought about giving 3 stars, but kept it to 4 because the house is lovely and the location is good. But communication was TERRIBLE. I had multiple messages go unresponded before the trip. They were no help at all in us planning our trip. The night before, I reached out because I still didn't have the address and instructions to get in the house - which was very stressful given the weeks delays in previous correspondence. I woke up the morning of the trip and finally had a response with that information. While there, I reached out to ask him to turn up the temperature on the hot tub, also noting that the water level was too low, and no response. Not even later to apologize. As a result, we could not use the hot tub. I am also a short term rental host, and I respond - it's not that hard to do. Because of this, I would not book this house again.
