New Lake/Golf-front 6+bed Stunner Moments to Sea Punta Cana Resort Staff/Chef

Our family -6 adults and a toddler, just returned from an amazing stay! The hosts Mark and Amy were perfect concierges, arranging golf, transportation and a boat charter for us, and the staff took great care of us. With a toddler, we enjoyed chef-prepared meals at the house every night. Think we will plan a return trip!

The property exceeded our expectations. The whole booking and coordination process with Mark and Amy was seamless and they made sure everything was taken care of beforehand. The house staff was very attentive and always ready to help and made our stay very enjoyable. Kids enjoyed anduts relaxed ann overall everyone had a great time. Also all the facilities and experiences around the resort were top notch. Absolutely recommend it!!

Second Time--Even Better!This is our second stay at this amazingly beautiful home in Punta Cana Resort and Club. It was great the first time there, but it was even better the second time.Yes, the chef is still the best we've ever experienced in a vacation villa, and the hosts are lovely, responsive, and truly seem to care about making the experience amazing.But for us, the best part is the design. The house is just drop-dead gorgeous.Overall, another amazing experience. Already planning a return trip!

A wonderdul week of family vacation at Casa Azul to celebrate the New Year. Coming from Montreal, Canada, there were14 of us (ranging in age from 14 to 84) and we thoroughly enjoyed the villa, its many amenities, and its attentive staff. From the start to finish, Mark and Amy made sure to plan everything to make our stay easy, and it was a success.It’s wonderful to enjoy Punta Cana in a perfectly private setting where everything is close by : the beach, diving, tennis, yoga at home and golf. We highly recommend it!

We had the BEST week at Casa Azul and the whole family is already missing it! Casa Azul is absolutely beautiful. Spacious, gorgeous interior design with such attention to detail that feels beautiful, warm, and homey. Amy and Mark were amazing at helping us setup our meals, airport transportation and activities in advance. They are friendly and easy to work with and always great communication with them!The staff at Casa Azul was THE BEST! We all wanted to take Chef Juan, Andrea, and Francisco back home!We felt taken care of the whole tine. The meals were delicious and accommodating to kids, a vegetarian, and a few food allergies. We never ate out because it was so relaxing to be at home and then come sit at the gorgeous huge table outside during sunset for our fabulous dinner, no restaurant could beat that!The house was always pristine clean, and full of entertainment for all. The teenagers had several ping pong and pool tournaments, others relaxed around the pool, while others went around the resort in the golf carts or walking. The catamaran day trip was amazing and highly recommended, as was Ojos Indigenas.We highly recommend Casa Azul and hope to go back! Our 3 generations of families (we were a group of 15!) all say it was the BEST vacation ever!Thanks Mark, Amy, and Casa Azull staff!

We just returned from an incredible week at Casa Azul. Much of our satisfaction is directly attributable to the time and effort that Mark and Amy (the hosts) put into assisting us with planning the details of our vacation. First, Casa Azul is beautifully furnished and perfectly appointed. The layout of the home was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. Golf, tennis and several beach clubs are just a short, golf-cart ride away. Casa Azul's swimming pool is a great place to relax and the ping-pong and billiards tables provided fun activities for the entire family. The staff, specifically Francisco and Andrea, were attentive and helpful and Chef Juan's meals were incredible. Chef Juan did a great job creating meals that satisfied everyone in our group, including those with food allergies and vegetarian requests. Our family was impressed with the variety of flavors and techniques employed by Chef Juan. The meals were so good that we chose not to dine out during our vacation. By the end of our week, the entire Casa Azul staff felt like family. Amy and Mark's concierge services made our vacation hassle-free and relaxing. From arranging our airport transportation to meal planning, booking massages, excursions and special requests, every request was handled with ease and pricing was transparent. As a result, we could relax knowing that everything was taken care of for us. Casa Azul is a Perfect 10 and we will definitely return again.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Casa Azul. Beautiful house, very warm and professional staff, great chef-prepared meals. The house location is perfect, right in the center of the resort and quick golf carts rides to the beaches, golf, and restaurants. The Hacienda neighborhood, where Casa Azul is located, is filled with lots of large, gorgeous new villas in a beautiful manicured tropical setting. Impressive! Our only complaint was that there was some construction noise next door, which we knew about in advance. On one morning it was a little disruptive. The good news is the house under construction looks like it will be done in a couple weeks, so I’m guessing that problem will go away...

What a beautiful house and so beautifully designed. Everything is brand-new and spacious. There wasn't a bad bedroom to choose in the house. Each one was large, with luxurious ensuites, and each with its own lovingly-designed theme. The garden/courtyard/pool areas were stunning, verdant, and there were like 200 bananas literally hanging out of the fruit trees. I've actually never seen anything like it. We spent so much time just enjoying the sitting areas on the 2 back terraces, overlooking the pool, garden, large lake, and the golf course. Stunning sunsets! The terrace stone table was massive and we all enjoyed taking our incredible meals there. Which brings me to the staff. Perfect and professional. Andrea had the place looking like it did on arrival--perfect every day. Chef Juan was an amazing chef. Breakfasts were overwhelmingly luxurious. Dinners were better than the PC restaurants that we've been to--which are pretty good. Lobster night was a work of art and sumptuous. I couldn't agree more with a previous review that caught my eye, that they'd been a couple times to PC homes that seemed great online, but were only meh when they got there. Not this one. Couldn't agree more. Better than expected, even compared with the beautiful VRBO photos... We're thinking of returning next year.

Really beautiful house. My wife and the guests loved it! The staff were terrific. Andrea and Rosi had the house and bedrooms pristine every day.  The chef-prepared meals were amazing.  In fact, we canceled some of our dining out plans because the dinners were not only better than at a top restaurant, they were a lot less expensive too. And the outside dining at the house was gorgeous on the terrace overlooking the pool, lake and the sunsets. I’ve never seen such a huge, beautiful, built-in stone table like they have out on the terrace. A spectacular dining experience. The house has a perfect, central location in the resort. Close to the beaches, golf, and tennis center. And 5 minutes to the airport!  What an amazing place—a five-star experience all around.
