This villa is 160sqm with big sunny terrace and balcony with mountain view on the hill of Volada village!! Two bedrooms two bathrooms a big living room with sofas and dining table a complete kitchen and a smaller living room!!! It could sleep7 people!!At the property, there is a garden and there is free parking in the area!!!! It was built at the end of 80sbut it has been renovated since then, a couple times!
It is 7km away from the main city in Karpathos island and about 8km from the northeast beaches of Kyra Panagia and Apella.Is very convenient to someone that wants to tour the Island.The area is very quiet.There are mostly vacation houses around!!!At the village there is a coffee place with a wonderful view the Yamas there are two tavernas papoutsakis and klimataria.There is a mini market and a bigger one at the next village Othos.
