MOUNTAIN VIEW is forever from Easy Paved Access Villa above Public GOLF Course

The property was clean and beautiful. We arrived late and the check in process after 9pm is rather unacceptable. We were told to be patient and we would be rewarded for waiting at the gate for another resident to hopefully arrive and open it for us. Our other option was to get a motel per the property manager. However, there weren’t any motels in the area. We waited for 40 minutes and finally one of us walked through the property about a half mile in the dark to get the key for the gate. We unfortunately got caught in construction on our drive in and couldn’t arrive before 9. There should be an alternate solution. As for the home, it’s lovely and has everything you need. The pillows need replaced (they are all flat and old) and some more comfortable furniture would be nice but what is there works.

Our second time to stay there. Perfect place. Great views, clean, perfect size for the two of us. We’ll book again soon.

Great location and just the right size for my wife and me. Centrally located. Loved the outside porch, covered porch, and fireplace. Will definitely book this rental again.

A roomy villa with a terrific view, comfy bed and a well- equipped kitchen. The garage for indoor parking was a plus. Property Managers Sally & Jerry Mass were extremely responsive to our questions and addressed any concerns in quick order!

We came to Franklin for a weeks stay and chose this location for proximity to local attractions. Condo decor was nice, amenities simple but adequate.

We have stayed here before and love the condo, the view and ease of getting up the mountain. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Our only wish is that it could be rented as a 2 bedroom . Our traveling friends would love it

This was our second stay in this unit and we plan to return next year. Unit is comfortable, clean, homey. Everything was in working order. The view is exceptional, and the location, close to the golf course, is wonderful. Highly recommended for a couple.

Only one tiny thing I would improve if the host. Shampoo the kitchen area rug or remove it. The setting was nicely clean otherwise.

Great place, great view, convenient location to town. Check in instructions were ambiguous as were departure guidelines. ( Having to dispose of trash, 5 miles round trip was a first!) But would stay there again!
