Cozy & kid friendly cabin w/ million $ views, hot tub, game room, and fire pit!!

You will not be disappointed! Plenty of room for everyone and beautifully appointed house. Lots to do and gorgeous views

The views are definitely amazing. That said, the home itself was not very clean. When you walk up you are met with trash cans with loose garbage all around and in the cans. One of the cans had the lid open and when we went to shut it we found two possums stuck in it. So we tipped it over to let them out. The blue bar stools are covered in dried food and whatever else is all over the sides of them. I did not want to sit in them. Some of the windows and a glass cabinet they have inside were covered in what looked like dog slobber. We then went to use the hot tub and it was filthy. We reached out to the host who didn’t respond until the next day. They did send someone to clean the hot tub that afternoon. I would not stay at this cabin again.

What a view!!! We stayed here for our children's spring break and the house fit our 12 perfectly. It was well equipped with games, tvs, kitchen supplies and a coffee bar!!! The property was beautiful, quiet and secluded. Parking was adequate for our 3 vehicles and there was even a place for a fire with a shed full of wood. The host was very helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend this home for your mountain stay.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the many spaces and rooms for everyone to hang out. The space allowed for everyone to have their own bathroom which was great. The outdoor area and enclosed decks were perfect. Thanks for a great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family - all things for the kids including baby gates and we all had our own space!

Beautiful property as described! Hope grandkids can come in the future as it is very kid friendly. We were looking for a relaxing weekend and it was perfect along with some hiking and waterfalls!

We had 16 people staying together and this property offered enough space for everyone to have their own place to wind down. This location checked off all of our big ticket items like tubing down the O in cherokee and golfing in Franklin. Franklin is sooo cute! I would definitely stay here again.

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at this lovely mountain home. The location and surroundings are peaceful with great views of the mountains—perfect for a relaxing getaway.The home itself is thoughtfully furnished with very comfortable beds, good quality bedding and towels, and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking together easy and enjoyable. We especially loved spending time on the wraparound porch—grilling, dining, listening to the birds and soaking in the scenery (especially at sunset) from the table and chairs provided.Check-in was seamless with a convenient code entry, and the directions from the host made getting there a breeze.There were a few minor cleaning and maintenance issues—likely due to a difficult group before us—and one area had a non-functioning HVAC unit (happens to us all). However, we reached out to the host who responded quickly and made plans for these items to be addressed. These small things didn’t take away from our overall experience.We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return in the future!

Couldnt ask for more, quiet, calm and cozy

We had a wonderful time at this cozy cabin. The views were amazing and the scenery was so relaxing. The cabin had all the amenities our family needed: lots of board games and toys for the kids and a full coffee bar for mom and dad. The hot tub was nice on cool evenings. Best of all, the host was super responsive. We brought steaks to grill out but when we got to the house, the grill had been blown over by the wind and was broken. We contacted the host and she had a new grill delivered from Lowe’s the very next day! We were so impressed.

Britt and her husband are amazing hosts, that have clearly put so much thought into every detail of this home and rental process. We had a 1, 2, 3, and 7 year old with us and they loved every minute! So many toys, the “playroom” in the loft, and the wrap around porch with a latched gate were an absolute hit for them. They supplied plenty of baby gates to keep the littles safe from the stairs. They even had pack-n-plays and strollers to use if needed. The entire home was wonderful, very clean and spacious, with so many thoughtful little “extras”, and a GORGEOUS view, but as a mama - the way this home accommodated the little ones made it a 10/10 for me!! Would definitely stay again.

We had an awesome time at the cabin in Franklin. The downstairs kitchen could use more dishes and cooking apparatus. The host was fabulous and responded immediately to each message. The area is absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful home and owners have thought of everything when it comes to younger kids. Full kitchen on main and lower levels give families the opportunity to have their own space. Wrap around porch is where we spent most of our time. Highly recommend.
