Modern villa with swimming pool and terrace, near the Bay of Obidos

This house was very nice, clean, and convenient. Close to many sites and many cute small villages. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again in the future.

We really loved staying here! The property was just so beautiful and so spacious! This property is so centrally located and we found ourselves wanting to check out so many towns near by! The communication was awesome! We will be back!

The house and pool area is well maintained and comfortable. Our only issue was the host made up only a single bed (queen ) with only a single pillow per person. We sleep with (2) pillows each - there were no additional bedding anywhere in the house. Also just a set of 2 towels per person for the week’s stay. We were renting a (3) bedroom property ; the host could have left additional bedding and towels which was the case in the other places we stayed in during this trip.

Lovely villa, modern, nice pool rooms and facilities. Kitchen well equipped and outdoor furniture and sun beds good. Lovely quiet location but also with 20 minute drive of coast, attractions, sites, restaurants and shops

Great clean house with a great pool - close to some amazing beaches

The property was very nice and calm as described in the internet. The communication with the owners and the local team was very prompt and always helpful. Although we were only two people, we enjoyed the roominess of the house. We can strongly recommend this vacation house.

The check in process was extremely unprofessional. The google map location on the listing isnt correct so we arrived at the wrong location. We called the number given and were unable to communicate so luckily the property owner helped us out and got his property manager to call me. After mistakingly not using wattsapp (which I opologised for straight away when I was informed) we were shouted at by a very angry and aggresive man named Alex Bouts. He used offensive language on the phone and behaved in a threatening aggressive way in person.He begrudgingly showed us the villa with very strict instructions. Once he calmed down, I asked for an opology which he refused to do. Not the start we were expecting to our holiday and took some time to get over. Anxious for the check out, Alex sent 'Friends' of his to check us out, they were friendly people but strangers to us and spoke little english. We would highly recommend new professional property managers for this villa to prevent this happening to anyone else in the future. As we would never want to meet him again. The villa was very modern and clean, with a lovely pool, located in a quiet urbanisation. The property managers had not run the shower in a while because the water came out orange and spitting initially. Luckily the shower upstairs was fine. A car is definitely needed, Lisbon is only an hour away and nearby Obidos is a must see.

A beautiful villa which was very clean and had everything you would need. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had every utensil we needed. The closeness of Pingo Doce supermarket which was 10 minutes away meant we were never without fresh fish, meat , salad and wine. It was great to have the swimming pool to come back to after a day at the local beach in Foz Do Arelho, our favourite and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. We would definitely go back again and enjoy the surroundings even more. Whilst there we visited the Bay of Obidos, Nazare and Peniche. The whole area was beautiful and the beaches were stunning.

Our 2nd stay, we love the location (although car required) we like the property, it is modern, safe and clean and in a relatively quiet area. Ideal base location for exploring the towns in the area. Thank you

We had an amazing stay, villa was actually even nicer than the pictures and had everything we needed and it was very secure with electronic shutters on every window and door. Layout was really good and it was spotlessly clean on arrival. Pool was lovely and it's a great base to explore the area. Car is essential as no beaches or restaurants etc within walking distance. We stayed in August and parking at the beautiful lagoon beach at Foz do Arelho was free and easy as long as you are there before 11. Would definitely recommend.
