Modern Villa with Swiming pool, pool table and Cinema.

Nice property, clean and big enough to a family. Nice pool, pool table, cinema, bikes to enjoy a ride to the beach.

Better than expected. Very beautiful house. Good equipment and all needed

We stayed at the house for two weeks, it is spacious, clean and has all kinds of utilities, everything you need is there and more (game- and tv/movie-room, bikes). The house is in a nice village, close to Caldas da Rainha, Obidos and the beaches, you definitely need a car to get around, but hey, that goes for the most of Portugal. The owner responds quickly to questions and issues and the local staff are also helpfull. There are no real negatives to the house, just some wear and tear after over 10 years of use. We would definitely recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful spacious villa, with everything you could want for. Grandchildren loved the pool and was unit every day. Location was a little remote and a car is a must. Host left loads of information on places to visit. Loved Obidos and Buddha Eden Many thanks to Robert for a great holiday

Very well equipped house and nice area, with only 10 minute drive to the beaches of the Lagune. Especially the beds were very comfortable and we found the habit, that the former guests leave a few useful items like coffee pads, coffee filters and toilet paper etc., very nice.

The photos don't do this house justice.... it was much bigger than I expected. Prior to arrival Robert sent lots of information about the villa, checking in details and useful details about the surrounding area. The house was spotless and has everything you need for a lovely holiday. When not lounging by the pool we went to the fabulous local beach and ventured further afield to Nazare and Peniche. Evening were spent enjoying the local restaurants, as well as making use of the cinema room and pool table. We all loved this house and we are already trying to sort a date to go back next year!!!

Best equipped house I have stayed in. It was a pleasure to come back to it every day. The pool and darts room is excellent and the home entertainment room is incredible with the cinema screen. Very modern house and Robert’s recommendations on restaurant and places to visit were very good. Would have loved to stay longer!!!

Just arrived home following a great 2 weeks holiday at this lovely Villa. There is everything you could need or want. The location is very quiet and you do need a car to explore the surrounding areas. If you want space, pool and indoor games, cinema etc. this is a fab place. We did walk to the local restaurant called beef and eels (I think) it was great and very reasonably priced. We did shop at the supermarket and eat in too which was also lovely The surrounding beaches are really lovely, we drove to Peniche to surf a couple of times which again is lovely.

Everything was as expected with the property and host took good care of us. There was plenty of room for 8 persons. Villa was cosy enough to enjoy summer days just by the pool and the grill. With cars a beach was near for sun bathing and surfing school! During our two weeks holiday we could found many interesting places to visit close enough for one day trips, like Obidos, caves of Mira de Aire, Sintra, Lissabon etc... Overall very succesful holiday in Portugal and close to Atlantic ocean! I would recommend the property for people not looking for active night life but prefer quiet, relaxing place to stay.
