My daughter, my bestie and I stayed at The Ledges in St. George from the 2nd through the morning of the 6th, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Unfortunately I ended up getting sick for a couple of days during the trip, but I will say it was a very comfortable and peaceful place to rest and recover — even though I was disappointed to miss some of the outdoor time we had planned.The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was also prompt and helpful anytime we needed anything, which we really appreciated.The only small downside was the water pressure in the shower, which was a bit low — but that’s likely something beyond their control.Other than that, everything was fabulous and we truly enjoyed our stay.— Mrs. Youngquist

The condo was great, its was super clean, spacious, in a great neighborhood and close to golf. It was very easy to get checked in and checkout is easy as well.

The home was warm and had the normal wear from a used space.

Kids loved the snacks in the kitchen, heated pool and bicycles! Grown-ups loved the cleanliness, quality beds and multiple rooms with king-size beds. Thank you!

The place was amazing for my family. All my children are adults now with some married with kids. We wanted a place to stay together and get away for the weekend. We all enjoyed our stay, visited nearby extended family, and had a few game nights. We will definitely consider this place in the future when traveling in the area. It was clean, well stocked, and ready for us when we arrived.

Clean and easy to checkin. One small problem is that the driveway was just wide enough for a small car, as is the garage. It is worsened by the fact that there is no street parking, and minimal guest parking. The draveway gutter is very steep for liw clearance vehicles.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent three nights at this beautiful property which felt like I was living in a perfectly decorated model home. The home was immaculate, well stocked and communication with renter was exceptional. We only had 3 people staying there so we all enjoyed rooms to ourselves, two with an ensuite. This would be a great place for a larger group or family seeking a quiet, comfortable space. A highlight was the outdoor fire table which is located on the top deck. Next time I'm in St. George, I'd definitely stay here again.

The property appeared nice. But did not provide the basic needs. TV downstairs did not work property. Dish was not available at the time the group needed it, the shower pressure was poor, drip noise in upstairs bedroom with bathroom, balcony fire pit not working and ruined time on balcony, property was not ready for guests and advertisement was not accurate and misleading.

Beautiful condo. Very comfortable. Only complaint was only one coffee pod left.

We were here for peach days in Hurricane. It was perfect.

I don’t have enough characters to describe our experience at the house. We spent almost our entire 2 days at the golf course(s) nearby, but we felt at home the entire stay. The house was extremely clean and everything we needed. Very convenient location. We have decided to come back in the future and we will definitely be staying here!The beds were comfortable, bunk beds were perfect. The bathrooms were great. Kitchen had snacks and the ice in the freezer was a major bonus that we don’t always find!Communication was top notch and instructions were clean and clear. Pool and hot tub were awesome and an easy walk!10/10!!!

We had a great stay at the Ledges! There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids enjoyed having their own private area to spend some time. We were so close to Snow Canyon and right off of a biking/walking trail. The pool and pickle ball were hard to beat too!

The property was clean.The property manager goes the extra mile. There was a snack tray with Cookies and trail mix.Very comfortable.Highly recommend

It was a really convenient location to both pools. The home worked perfectly for the family hang out and enjoy. Had all the items we needed to prepare meals. Even had some snacks for the kids.

Red Rock Rooftop was a wonderful place to stay. Beds were comfortable, place was immaculate and check in was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

Great home. Clean. Conveniently located.

We loved staying in this house. A beautiful location, a short drive to Zion. The number of bedrooms drew us in as we are a big family and don't want to share rooms anymore. The fire pit and the grill were also a huge draw, as we like to cook and hang out. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and drinkware, well enough stocked that we made the thanksgiving dinner and didn't need to purchase a single thing. The only issue we had was with the internet on the main TV in the living room, but when we called the host for help, they were able to get it fixed almost immediately. I would greatly recommend this space for any family looking to get away!

Our stay was great! It was clean, roomy, well stocked and lovely. Our only complaint was that there were a lot of rattles in the wind at night. To be fair, it was really really windy… but the rattles seemed to start on the roof and go down through the middle of the house. It was particularly prominent in the master bathroom. That said, we slept great on the other nights!

Me and my adult sons stayed for 3 nights. This is a beautiful porperty and we had a wonderful time.

Great property for our 3 families to get together with our young children! It was exactly as advertised, great community and pools. We were able to cook as we needed. Lots of space for everyone and great community space (the table was much bigger than I had thought from the photos). Would absolutely stay again, great communication from the manager.
