Mille Lacs Beach Villa - Lakefront 2BR Condo

Property was clean, well maintained

Nice place, well stocked. Beautiful lake views and well maintained grounds. Loved the golf course. One of the main reasons we booked this place was because of the pool, which was advertised when we booked. The pool and most resort amenities were closed, which we didn’t learn until our arrival. Our 5 year old was very upset and we would have cancelled our reservation had we known.

The condo is very nice, with a nice lakefront view and access, and very comfortable beds/furniture/amenities. Our only complaint is that the current resort owner has shut down all facilities (eg tennis courts, bar, pool), so one has to go offsite for everything. But there are decent restaurants and towns nearby. The mini golf at Fiddlestix and hiking at Father Hennepin state park is great.

Such a clean, so well stocked property! They gave thought of everything you would need. And that view & that lake…just amazing!

We enjoyed the beautiful, calm and comfortable setting to relax, read, and just spend time together. Everything was clean and cute. The bed was comfortable and the view amazing!

We loved the beach villa! The condo was very clean and looked just as it did in photos. Everything needed in the kitchen was supplied and there were plenty of linens. I reached out to the owners with a question and they were pleasant and very quick to respond. The only downside was that there wasn't much to do in the area. The pool at the resort was closed. It was challenging to find public fishing areas. We did rent a boat for the day and had a great time on Lake Mille Lacs fishing, tubing, and swimming.

Ryan & Trisha’s beach villa is adorable!! It was the perfect size for my husband, myself, a 13, 11, & 4 year old! It was so nice that each of the two bedrooms had their own private bathroom upstairs and, then in addition, a small bathroom in the main level. We had access to Izaty’s resort pool, hot tub, play set, & pickleball/tennis courts. This VRBO is only a few miles from the Soo Line Trail where we spent a morning off-roading on our side by side. We were quite dirty afterwards, so having a washer & dryer unit in the VRBO was very convenient! One afternoon we rented jet skis and my son & husband went fishing with a guide one of the mornings. We met the friendly neighbors and enjoyed campfires in the provided fire pit in the evenings. The beach is very rocky but if you walk a few docks down, there is a swimming dock with a nice sand bottom and the water was a swimmable temperature!! There is plenty of lawn space between the VRBO & lake for lawn games like bean bags or spike ball, etc. For supper two nights, we visited the BayView Bar & Grill about 2 miles from the resort. Food was good & atmosphere was family friendly. They were playing Bingo one night and the other night there was a meat raffle going on. Pull tabs at BayView were a big hit for us as you can’t find those in our home state! Attached BayView is a mini liquor store. Since I was at the VRBO/lake for R&R, I enjoyed coffee in the screened porch each morning with beautiful views!! Great VRBO!!

Updated and well maintained condo at Izatys, perfect for my wife and I. Great views of the lake and sunrise/sunset. Golf course and marina/boat launch are a 2 minute walk away. I had a couple of questions during our stay and Ryan was quick to respond. I'd book this property again without hesitation!

Perfect weekend spot! Lots to do at the resort and awesome lakefront. Would stay again!
