Izaty's Beach Villa- Completely remodeled and exceptionally clean

Great place! This was our 6th stay with John & Linda. Great as always. Has everything you need.

Place was perfect for our needs, clean and comfortable! The screened patio facing the lake was our fav!

The location is beautiful right on the lake. The updates to the unit are very nice. It fit 2 adults and 4 children well. The kitchen was well equipped. Owners were very responsive. The only slight negative was one of the bathrooms not being clean.

Hosts and accommodations great. Gave us suggestions for things to do in the area.

We kept busy and enjoyed the sunsets. We enjoyed Father Hennepin beach, took our boat out, fished off the dock, and enjoyed bonfires. The waterfront was such a peaceful place to be.

We had a great time and the place was just perfect! It was very clean and they thoughtfully supplied little things to make our stay easier. Our hosts were very easy to contact with questions.

The owners were great- place was fantastic, clean, and just as described. Pool was closed, no restaurant, no pickleball, golf course not taken care of so we won’t be back until this gets figured out.

We had a very relaxing time, just what we all needed! Loved the fireplace!

My wife and I stayed at this lakeside villa four nights in mid October. We loved the location on the southern shore of Mille Lacs lake. The villa is well appointed, cozy, and very comfortable. We especially liked having a king size bed. So many rentals do not. The views of the lake from the upper bedroom balcony were great and the lower screened in porch was very nice as well. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Looking forward to coming back next Labor Day again!

This is a beautiful villa! The lake and resort were very quiet during our stay. We had several rainy days, so we enjoyed the provided games. Everything that we needed was provided.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our July 2024 stay! The sunsets were great and there was plenty of firewood available for the fire pit. Our kids enjoyed making S‘mores. They also had all the kitchen supplies needed for cooking. Overall, this is a nice property and we highly recommend!

We had a weekend stay for a family reunion and everything worked out perfect. We have stayed in John and Linda’s Izaty’s VRBO villa for consecutive years and it never disappoints.

The property is just as listed. The place was very clean, newly remodeled and everything we expected. The yard and lake were beautiful. We used the yard for family to gather to play yard games and sit and relax. The view of the lake was amazing. We loved having the pool to use and lake access. We wiuld highly recommend!! Thank you for an amazing long weekend stay!

We enjoyed staying at John and Linda's townhouse. It was conveniently located between the clubhouse (pool area and restaurant) and the tennis/pickle ball courts. Nice accommodations, well stocked kitchen. Izaty's could use some up keep but they are under me ownership so hopefully those changes come with time.

We had unfortunate weather during our little family trip, but a lovely time, regardless. Our favorite thing was probably the giant peninsula/table for dining and playing games. It was ideal for our nerdy family beginning a new D&D campaign together! The one sunny day we had we also enjoyed the pool tremendously.

We had such a fun time-the villa was perfect and well stocked. We loved the s’mores supplies on the counter and the host was so flexible and helpful with us! So much to do at this resort for all ages! We’ll be back.
