This lovely 2 bed villa is close to the entrance of the Mazarrón Country Club complex, and is ideally suited for a wonderful holiday. The villa has mature gardens, tiled pool area and a conservatory. The Private pool measures 8 x 4.

Entrance gate leads to front door and directly into the kitchen area, with all white goods and breakfast bar. A dining table and chairs is set to one side, within the spacious, open plan living area.

The living room has a large TV, open fireplace and comfortable seating. The property is decorated tastefully thoughout. From the living room, doors open onto a conservatory with patio set, further dining table and views over the garden, an ideal place to laze away the day over the winter months.

The villa has 2 bedrooms , one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. The bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Externally there is a garden area to the front of the villa, storage and gate at the side, and a lovely pool area to the rear of the property.

The villa has airconditioning in the 2 bedrooms and living room, which is run via a pre-pay card meter system. 10€ credit is included per booking. Additional cards may be bought from local management staff.

Mazarrón Country Club has a communal pool, tennis courts and a bar and restaurant. It is just a short drive from the nearest golf course at Camposol. The Camposol urbanisation has a wide choice of bars, restaurants, cafés and shops. The villa is ideally placed to use as a base to explore the area, with the beaches of Mazarrón just a 15 minute drive away, and the lovely Sierra Espuñas around 25 minutes away.

Pets are not allowed.

Mazarron country club is situated just 15 minutes with car from bolnuevo beach. It is a private residential area and has a large outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, petanca courts and a restaurant/bar. The swimming pool is open during the summer months for a small fee and has a poolside bar selling cold drinks and snacks and the restaurantis nearby.

The nearest 18 hole golfcourse you can find in Camposol and many others within 30 – 50 minutes drive such as Hacienda del Álamo and La Manga.
The nearest shopping is a 10 minutes drive away in Camposol where there are supermarkets, bars and cafes, a pharmacy, a medical centre and a petrol station.

A 8.9 km drive from the country club brings you to Mazarrón town with restaurants, bars and a few shops plus open market every Saturday morning. When you drive a few kilometers further you can find Puerto de Mazarrón, which has a boulevard next to the beach with numerous café bars, restaurants and souvenir shops. InJuly and August there is live music and entertainment until late. Every sunday morning there is a large open market which is very popular and with lots of clothes, fruits and textiles, footwear, kitchenware and even freshly cooked chickens.

Guest registration in Spain is a mandatory requirement for all accommodation establishments. In this case, the Guest Registration Law implies that owners and managers of tourist accommodation must register their guests and send the information to the competent authorities. The new decree (ROYAL DECREE 933/2021) comes into force on December 2, 2024. A copy of the passport, ID card or DNI for each guest over 14 years old must be given to us at or before check-in, as we have to keep this information for each guest.     The villa is in a great location and is well appointed. The villa it’s self was well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable two week stay. The pool was fantastic and the cleanest pool we have had the pleasure of hiring. The location of the villa is also very quiet and over looks the Country Clubs central esplanade. Set amongst palm trees, the esplanade is a great place to take a walk either in the morning or evening. Additionally, the villa is also well placed for easy access to both the local beaches and the Sierra Espuna National Park. The villa really had something for everyone. Inge as our contact was great and could not have been more helpful. We would definitely go back.
