Friendly and attentive Christian and Stefano were available when we needed them for advice or help but also respectful of our privacy. The accommodation was perfect for our family holiday and a short drive to great sights, beaches and restaurants. The little nearby town was great for the kids to explore when they weren’t jumping in the crystal clear pool (reaching a high of 27 degrees in the summer, but obviously not late season!) Highly recommended

First time in Tuscany and totally in love! Property with beuatiful landscape, marvellous garden, beautiful pool, nice gym and helpful, friendly stuff. Sure that will be back in the future.

Overall well-kept residence with nice pool and very hospitable owners. We have rented the big apartment with two families (7persons) - which had been described as having 3 double bedrooms and large enough space. Unfortunately, we found the apartment not suitable for 2 families: - Different from what the description suggests, we found it to be not enough space and comfort for two families: only 2 sleeping rooms and the bathrooms are separate, everything else is open - including the mini-kitchen. Lots of space in the apartment is being taken by very large open - also a bit noisy - staircase. - the third double bedroom was only a very very small open cabin with bunk beds - too small for children 10years . Our teen kids had to sleep in on the bed couch in the open living room, where everybody had to cross to the bathroom/kitchen/terrasse etc. - the shower in the large bathroom wasn't working (repaired on day 4) - so we needed to shower in the second mini-bathroom with a group of 7 - the two double sleeping rooms in the second floor are connected to a large roof terrace with absolutely no sun protection. It couldn't therefore be used during the day. At night, the heat was entering the bedrooms. The owners supplied a fan - but the sleeping rooms would need a real air-con to be comfortable in hot season. - The kitchen was miniscule and different from what we had expected seeing the apartments pictures. - For the price of the apartment and the style of the residence we would have also expected some covers or for the pure plastic chairs and deckchairs Overall a bit disappointing experience. Nevertheless we found Stefano and Alessandro very nice hosts and trust them to improve some of the points mentioned.

The property site was well managed & clean the pool was a delight especially on hot days. The location provided us with the opportunity to visit local medieval hill top towns, including a short walk to Campiglia which has a great variety of restaurants and the people are friendly. Our apartment( the largest) was spacious more so than we had anticipated. The apartment was again clean, with bedlinen & towels provided. We loved having a variety of places in the apartment to eat; indoors at the large dining table; outside on a large garden table; or our favourite place the large balcony with views across the woods and towards the sea. Stefano & Alessandro were very welcoming and helpful,providing information about the local area. Thanks for a lovely holiday

We had a wonderful stay in Residence Oasis. The kids loved the pool and it was only a short drive to the fantastic Barrati Beach with its crystal clear water, fish and clean sand. Only a short walk away (10mins) was Campiglia Marittima with restaurants set in a medieval charm! The apartment was very nice with room for all 8 of us. We also had our own balcony with an amazing view. A bonus was our own barbecue, so we could grill some of the evenings. Perfect for day trips to Florence, Sienna, Volterra, San Giminamo, Pisa...... little tip.. dont miss the great restaurant in Venturina.. dont remember name.. but the one in center thats always full with locals :)

We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a fantastic week at residence Oasis this summer. We were in a mini villa (not exactly a villa!) separate from the main building. We had our own private space with separate entrance and parking space. The setting was beautiful, the pool fabulous, clean and well maintained, surrounded by beautiful gardens. It's hard to entertain a 14 & 16 year old but the free wi fi, pool and table tennis table helped. Marco was really helpful with recommendations, restaurant bookings etc and always there if there was a problem. The local seaside town of San Vincenzo was really nice, lovely beach lots of good restaurants, this was a 5 minute drive. The village of Camipglia Marritimma was stunning, walkable in the day or 5 minutes drive. I wouldn't stay here to explore the touristy parts of Tuscany, ie Florence, sienna etc as they are a good 2 hours drive away but the local towns and countryside are beautiful. I would definitely recommend Residence Oasis to all.

I travel a lot with my family and when i choose a place for holiday i am always worry.I take long time to check the price,quality and position.The Residence Oasis is perfect.Good price with a great quality,clean and nice position.we were in the big apartment 160m2. very big,spacious,old tuscan style forniture,large scale for the upper floor,many balconies,nice bathrooms,with a large garden for outside dining and barbecue.The place is quiet and you can relax with your family.The garden and the pool are fantastic,they make you happy.Flowers everywhere and large cork trees.The owners are friendly,helpful with many tips.You are in the middle of Tuscany so is easy to visit all the more important cities( Florence,Pisa,Siena,Rome). The sandy beaches are just 6km far and just walking 10 minutes we arrive at the medieval village of Campiglia Marittima with traditional restaurants and local shops,this village is a pearl. I recommend the Residence Oasis for a nice vacation.We will be back for sure.

We were in this place in July with husband and 2 children - 7 and 14 years old. Apartments are nice, spacious and clean with kitchen equipment and great furniture, only bathroom was older but OK. Every apatment has separate entrance and terrace. In our app there wasn't aircondition but it wasn't neccesary. It is quite far from road so you can rest in silence. Garden is wonderful with really big pool and fountain, sunbeds and parasols, many large trees privides shade, flowers. Distance to public beach in San Vincezo is about 5 km but if you go 10 km the beach is better and without people (brown sand and great waves,free of charge). Nearest town 2 km on foot- small and nice with small good restaurants, nearest shop 3km -car recommended. Owners very nice, helpful and open. We will back for sure. Katarzyna

Lovely peaceful location next to a charming medieval town and within easy driving distance of sandy beaches. The swimming pool is fantastic and well maintained, and the owners friendly and helpful. Wi-fi Internet access is available (if a little temperamental). The apartment, although small, is well equipped, with the only drawback being the rather musty smell in the wardrobes. All in all, well worth recommending.
