This captivating home is embellished with a 35m2 private swimming pool, and a shaded outdoor dining area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (BBQ facilities & sink) under sunset skies. The property lays in 2.000 m2 outdoor area, with 100m2 lawn covered area and spectacular countryside views. Blooming lemon and mandarin trees are placed around the lawn area. An ideal holiday escape for those who seek ultimate privacy and summery living. Additionally, the Villa offers several private spots, ideal for those who enjoy naturism!

Ground floor area

On the ground floor there is a plan area with a seperated apartment that includes all you need to make yourself at home: an all in one space that provides a kitchen, a living room area and a seperated comfortable bedroom equipred with a wardrobe and a wonderful boudoir furniture.

A Lounge at the impeccable ground floor lounge room with direct access to the pool terrace and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. The Villa boasts four wonderful bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds.

First floor : Internal Living /Livingroom and lounge area

Entering the Villa on the first floor seems like a wonderful surprise. A spasious livingroom that extrends to two seperated balconies with a clear view to the pool area and lawn. The surroundings seem to be a ideal opportunity to enjoy the sounds of nature in spring and summer through the comfort of your house. A lovely comfy living room area with 45 TV and a built-in contemporary fireplace that can be used on the cooler nights in Spring. A large comfortable corner sofa and an armchair are placed near the fireplace and come with a warm decoration details. Additionally, the first bathroom featuring a walk-in overhead rainfall showerwith cabin is placed on the corridor of this floor.

First floor: Internal dining area and kitchen

Moving to the rest of the house the first floor is accompanied with the daylight that brings a bright and airy atmosphere. This floor provides the opportunity to combine the living room comfort, the joy of having dinner in the dining room and cooking in your kitchen, all in one. Next to the dining area you can find a table that offers seats for six people. A fully-equipped kitchen is offered in order to try your cooking skills : a chance to prepare a wonderful dinner for your beloved ones.

Second floor: Internal Living | Bedrooms

A home, which celebrates the simple but beautiful things in life, local craftmanship and materials can be found throughout while humble, handmade patchwork bring nostalgic comfort to summer mornings bundled up in bed.

The first bedroom ( master ) and second bedroom of the Villa features one queen size bed (1,60x2,00) along with a baby cot (available upon request) lightened with natural light from the window. This room includes a full wardrobe. As you walk between the bedrooms you can find an organized laundry space.

The further two bedrooms of the Villa features one bedroom with double bed and an open wardrobe and one with two single beds and access to the balcony, lightened with natural light from the windows. The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful nights sleep after the days busy adventures.
