Magnificent modern villa with superb sea view

A beautiful, well equipped property with amazing views. Watching the sunrise from the terrace with a coffee in the morning was a real treat. The house is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. Pool and terrace were great and the outdoor sofas were very comfortable for reading a book or enjoying a sundowner. Location of the house is great, above the Sa Riera bay and close to lots of lovely coves. Lots of great cycling routes accessible from the house. Communication with the property manager was less easy and the agreed additional cleaning during our stay was not completed. Communication with the owner was very good prior to and after the stay. There was a temporary issue with the aircon in one of the bedrooms during our stay. The owner dealt with the matter effectively. A lovely property for a very enjoyable holiday.

From the time of booking until leaving the communication was great. I had all my questions answered, restaurants/grocery stores recommended. The house is very well equipped for cooking, beds very comfortable, nice dining table inside and out for a group. Wi-Fi did not reach all the bedrooms and was spotty outside. I would suggest they provide plastic glasses for outside by the pool. For someone not familiar with garbage disposal in Europe it was somewhat confusing. Overall everything was wonderful and would highly recommend staying here.

We loved the house and its location to everything. . The housekeeper and her helper were lovely and arranged for cleaning people to clean the house and made dinner for us several times. It was delicious Not one complaint from any of the 12 of us. The elevator was a lifesaver. Vrbo was helpful to me answering all my questions prior to our stay. It was a perfect vacation and I would use VRBO again in a second!

Amazing locations, amazing place, amazing house to relax, do nothing and just enjoy your stay. It has everything that you will need for a family reunion in paradise, very close to Girona and Barcelona, and to places to enjoy night-life such as Platja D'Aro. This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to many nice beach locations and historic sites such as Pals. The owner and the keeper are outstanding, fluid communication and always disposed to assist in anything that the host will need. Overall 10 of 10 (outstanding), nothing else to add. A worthy experience.
