Excellent across the board . The owner and his staff were wonderful. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend for any type of holiday. We didn’t want to go home !

The villa exceeded our expectations. The photos really don’t do it justice and they are brilliant.

The villa was immaculate with everything we could possibly need for our holiday there. It was spotlessly clean and very modern. Communications with the property manager and the owner were excellent and they went out of their way to help us whenever we needed it. The pool was brilliant. Large enough for all of us and warm enough for my husband! The location was perfect and we often walked into Luz and back for dinner. It took us about 30 minutes each way. The only reason I have given a 4 instead of a 5 is that the mattresses (which were all new) were incredibly hard and my husband and youngest son did not sleep well. Unfortunately they were all the same so we didn’t have any option to swap beds. Overall though we would would highly recommend this lovely villa.

This house is a dream. You feel directly at home! We arrived at a well cleaned house. Everything worked as it should, the kitchen was well equiped, and there was nothing we missed! The view around is amazing and it is a quiet area. From here you can start all the adventures to the westcoast and the nearest beach is only 5 minutes by car away. The house is so well maintained. It is a pleasure. We came with small children and they even put up the fence around the pool without asking. That made everything very easy because the Kids could play free. We can highly recommend this house for holidays!

Fabulous comfortable clean and secure home. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked modern kitchen with everything needed to cook. The welcome goodies in the fridge were a nice touch. Exceptional recommendations for restaurants or supermercados in the home manual which was very complete with excellent maps and recommendations for local farmers markets and activities. Pool was exceptionally clean. Ps3 and TV set up made it easy to relax and watch movies or play games while enjoying the beautiful view of ocean from upstairs family room. Hope to stay there again soon!

A beautiful villa with an amazing outside space and good connected to several beaches. Perfect if you are looking for privacy in a beautiful place.

We stayed for a week in mid September. The weather was changing so it was a mix of sun and cloud however that didn’t spoil anything. We stayed as a couple however it is a good size for three couples or a family. Spotless and in a very condition. Pool is great and I would recommend paying extra for pool heating. Luz is walking distance or a very short car ride away and has lots of places to eat and drink. Berghau to the west is smaller and retains a lot of charm. Would strongly recommend this Villa as a great place to stay.

This is truly an amazing place to stay. The property has all the amenities a family or a group of friends would want. The location is great it is 20-25 minutes from The Sagres beaches or there are closer beaches nearby. Andy the owner was great and answered all our questions with a great level of care and detail. We would definitely stay again ?

Casa Luar, a lovely house, pool, gardens and a view of the sea, is as previous reviews immaculately clean complete with everything you would need for modern day living in the sun. We stayed over the Christmas & New Year period and found we were comforted and warm in the evenings with the log fire and heated rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and a return visit highly likely. Thank you Andy & Nancy.
