Luxury 4 Bedroom Detached Villa on Boavista Golf Resort, Lagos

Great villa with everything you needed for a family holiday, private pool was brilliant. Location was good with a short drive into town.

The villa’s location is great and the size of the villa is brilliant; spacious rooms with en-suites. The games room is a lovely extra. A couple of improvements:- pool needs upgrading as tiles are falling off - building work close by 7 days a week- sun loungers need upgrading as they were stained and uncomfortable. Overall, we were pleased with the holiday.

Property was exactly as advertised. It was everything we wanted and more. Spotless clean, spacious, modern and very well equipped. Communication with the host was excellent. Pool was a good size and was regularly cleaned. We had a great stay and will definitely be back. We

Chose this wonderful property for a special family holiday and we were not disappointed. Great facilities and perfect location, close to the beaches of Praia da Luz, Burgau and Alvor. The pool was perfect and the games room, a real hit. Enjoyed some fantastic meals in Boaty’s and Latitude in Praia da Luz and make good use of the BBQ. Intermarché supermarket was close by and Amanda, the property manager was most helpful. Would love to return.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. It was just perfect. It was very clean and spacious. The games room and cinema room was great for the kids. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Property was outstanding, cleanliness, facilities within the property, secure and private, spacious, excellent games room, cinema room and the pool and pool area, all second to none.

The villa was one of the best I have stayed in. It was spotless and all appliances are top of the range. We were a large family but never felt over crowded. The cinema room was a hit with the whole family. Beds were extremely comfortable and the villa is very secure. Lovely views into the golf course. It is a bit outside of Lagos but we knew that before we went and hired a scooter to get around although Ubers were very cheap and readily available. We ate at the bistro a few times nice menu food was good and very reasonably priced. Sunday roast at the clubhouse is also very good value main course glass of wine and sweet for 16 euros. The resort is great for golfers but we were not golfers and still really enjoyed the vibe. Great locations for Lagos and Praia de luz there is a shuttle bus that runs midweek or it is a 45-50 minute walk to either resort. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an up market villa in a nice place.

We were two families of four who stayed in the villa in August 2021. The villa is situated on the Boa Vista golf resort and whilst the resort was easy to find, it was challenging locating the villa when we first arrived (not helped by the sat nav directing us to the rear rather than the main entrance to the resort). The villa was spotless when we arrived and there was a well received welcome package in the fridge. The fixtures and fittings inside the villa are all high spec and very luxurious. The pool area was great with plenty of sun beds, and a Sonos speaker for poolside music. There’s also plenty to do inside if you've had too much sunshine - pool table, table tennis, PlayStation and cinema room. The property manager Amanda could not have been more helpful. From providing the additional cookware we requested to sharing recommendations on nearby places to visit and being very patient with us over mishaps with keys! We used both the clubhouse and le bistro restaurants whilst we were there, but felt the menu was quite limited and the staff at le bistro were not particularly friendly. Much better to drive out to nearby Luz or Lagos marina where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. We stayed for 10 days and there was a mid stay clean and change of linen which was great. The only downside was that the location of the resort means that you need a car as there is nothing within walking distance and no shop on the site to buy any essentials, but we did know this beforehand and were prepared for the short trips to the nearby supermarkets. Overall we had a great holiday and enjoyed our time at this beautiful villa.
