Stayed Dec 31, 1969We spent one week in the house with 3 couples with kids of 2 to 9 years old. We had a great time in and around the house. When the weather was bad, the kids (big and small ;-)) could play games in the basement or on the playstation. There is a lot of shade so sit in if it get's too hot, but it was not too hot when we were there. The house really has all you need for a perfect family holiday. It's a very quiet neighbourhood. You need a car to go to the supermarket or the bakery. Bakery can be reached by bike if you are sporty (uphill), 20 min. by bike. We visited Rovinj a couple of times to walk in the old village or go to the beach. We also went for a swim in the fjords one time (very small beach). The midieval games in the town of Svenvincenat are awesome for the kids (event is early august) ad very close by.
