This 1 bedroom/2-bathroom, modern furnished ground floor unit located at Maui Kamaole offers an ocean view from the lanai and is situated close to the lower pool. The unit is located in the I building which is away from the busy Kihei Road, yet only a short walk down the sidewalk to Kamaole Beach Park III and a 10-minute walk to the popular Keawakapu Beach and Wailea Beach boardwalk. Kamaole Beach Park III is a white beach sand that offers excellent swimming, snorkelling, and gorgeous sunset views. Maui Kamaole is also conveniently close to dozens of restaurants, activities, and shopping nearby.

The Blue Hula located at Maui Kamaole offers extra beach amenities such as beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler for the beach so you can fully enjoy Maui beaches to their fullest. The condo is steps from the lower resort salt water pool as well as easy access to the quieter tropical upper pool and hot tub with it's sandy beach bottom!

The condo is perfectly set up for a couple or a family to share the large 1,040 square foot space - offering a KING-sized bed in the main bedroom, a Queen-sized Murphy bed and a Queen-sized sofa bed sectional in the living room - great for the kids! The space is kept cool with a new split system air conditioning in both the living room and the main bedroom. The main bedroom offers a private retreat with its 4-piece ensuite bathroom and a private lanai to enjoy a morning coffee. The condo also has a second full bathroom and in-suite laundry. There is a third lanai available for you to store swimming gear, golf clubs or other recreational toys!

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN & NEW APPLIANCES!

New stainless steel appliances were just installed! The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare family meals and includes plenty of dinnerware, pots and pans, casserole dishes, serving platters and small appliances including: a slow cooker, panini maker, waffle maker, blender, French press, coffee grinder and coffee maker. We also supply many kitchen items to make the kitchen complete for any up-and-coming chef or foodie such as spices, sugar, cooking oils and food storage containers. And there is plenty of room to seat everyone around the dining room table or patio table to enjoy that home cooked cuisine!

What's a vacation without some music and movies Stream your favourite playlist to the Alexa speaker. Lounge together to enjoy a good Netflix movie on the 70 SMART TV in the living room. The Maui Kamaole resort is a beautiful, tropical expansive 23-acre park-like setting consisting of numerous low-rise buildings separated by greenery and tropical landscaping. In addition to the 2 amazing pools, Maui Kamaole also has on-site tennis courts and BBQs located throughout the resort. Maui Kamaole has excellent access to a variety of local restaurants in Kihei or Wailea. The Shops of Wailea are close by and The Championship Golf Courses of Wailea and Makena. Kihei is conveniently located a short drive to great beaches for swimming and surfing. The Blue Hula is a large ground level West-facing lanai to enjoy Maui sunsets in November and December. During the winter (November – April), the humpback whales can often be seen just offshore. The Blue Hula at Maui Kamaole comes with one free parking stall.

Booking Policy: Just like hotels, we require a valid credit card for a security & damage deposit hold 1 day before your stay. A signed rental agreement must also be completed within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.

Posted nightly rate is based on 2 Adults. For accurate pricing, please include all guests that will be staying at the property in your booking request. Occupancy limit is 4 People. We count all humans staying in our home regardless of age.
