Luxury Villa with Views to Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea

Excellent house, solidly build and well designed. We loved staying there. It’s a unique location and you are able to see both ocean sides from the house. The house is equipped with all utilities you need during a stay. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, so it can be quite warm at night. Cleanliness could be improved here and there. Overall we still loved the place and would book it again. Also the local contact is a very helpful person and very punctual and reliable.

Waw! Words can't express our experience at the two oceans villa, one must go and experiece for ones self. The children loved it! It was a good distance getting there but upon arriving we instantly felt at home. Having a rental is a must! Nathan the villa manager, was an excellent host, there only when you need him. Got to speak with the owners briefly and they seem to be as lovely as the home itself. Definitely a 5 star ?. We will be back.

Beautiful home and a gorgeous region. Fabulous architectural design made for a wonderful stay for our family of 7. Not easy to locate - be sure to ask for a Google pin before you drive there.

My recent VRBO stay had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the beds were comfy, the showers were great, and the location near a charming village was a big plus with a longer drive to amenities in the south. Communication with the owner and host was excellent. However, the cleanliness needed more attention to detail, and the absence of air conditioning and limited airflow was uncomfortable during warmer weather though there were provided fans. The lack of a coffee pot, which was broken, and a non-working left side of the oven were inconveniences. Basic toiletries were missing, which was unexpected. On a positive note, the laundry facilities were ample, but the instructions on how to arrive at the property could have been provided ahead of the stay. We did meet a wonderful neighbor when we walked into her house with our bags on the first day when arriving at the provided pin. In summary, this property has potential, but it could benefit from better cleaning, adding a coffee pot, fixing the oven, providing toiletries, and improving ventilation. The comfortable beds, great showers, responsive host, and proximity to a charming village make it worth considering, especially with these suggested enhancements.

The instant you walk in the door, you feel right at home. The caretaker is there to greet you and get you situated with the many amenities that are provided. He and the owner are available also for any questions during your stay. The location is a short 6 minutes to Portsmouth, and about an hour each from the airport and Roseau. Sitting on the deck, watching the sunset is serene and magical!
