Luxury Villa With Pool, Gym, Bicycles And Beautiful Sea View

Fantastic villa, easily walkable to the beautiful marina and beach areas in Kaštel.

The villa is absolute perfection! It’s spacious, incredibly clean, beautiful pool and outdoor seating and dining areas. Everything you could want or need for your ideal holiday. Markica is also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend it enough.

This property is incredible and as beautiful in real life as the pictures. It’s in a great location and only a short uber ride from Split. Me and 5 friends loved our time in this villa and would happily come back in the future. The owners of the villa were very welcoming and gave us a good tour of the place before leaving us to it.

Great villa with everything we needed for a week exploring the split area. Location although out of town gave easy access to drive all over the area. Great welcome from host, very clean with good facilities and spacious. Excellent garden, pool and bbq area.

Our group of five had a fabulous time at Villa Brcic! We had a rental car so we loved staying in the Kastel area as opposed to being in the middle of Split. We could explore the city and come back to pure bliss at the villa. Also the Kastel area along the sea was charming and a great place to take a stroll and enjoy meals among the locals. The swimming pool was so enjoyable including the covered area for time out of the sun. Thank you Brcic family for coming to clean the pool often and doing some grocery shopping for us to kick off our trip! You all are gems!

This is a five star villa with everything you could need. Set between the mountains and the sea, it has a wonderful feel to it. The location is fab, we managed to do all the GoT tours, both Plitvice and Krka - we also visited all the islands and the Blue Caves. The hosts were fantastic and answered any questions quickly. I would highly recommend a stay in this stunning part of the world.

We had a fabulous family holiday in Villa Brcic. Our family ranged in age from 6 to 70. The villa and layout outside were absolutely what we wanted. We mostly lived outside so the pool, cool sitting and lounging areas were well used. The barbecue and dining area proved very useful too. Various members of the family enjoyed use of the gym and bicycles. The dishwasher and air conditioning were invaluable and the beds very comfortable. Markica and Ivan were very helpful and welcoming. The only thing we could think of that could be added would be two yoga mats! Thank you for a superb family holiday - a tremendous introduction to your beautiful country.

We have had an amazing holiday. Villa was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children. It was very well equipped. The owner was very helpful. Great location near Split, Trogir and a beautiful area of Kastella’s. Full of little beaches and paths to walk along sea front. Would recommend. Car needed though ideally.
