Luxury villa on the beach with spectacular ocean views, private pool and jacuzzi

Our family of 6 stayed in the Luxury Villa on the beach for 4 nights (Dec '25) and had a fantastic stay!! The villa is extremely comfortable, plenty of space to relax & unwind. Tharanga is an exceptional house manager, friendly and professional... provided great suggestions and advice throughout our stay. We were incredibly fortunate to enjoy beautiful food & hospitality from Tharanga and her team (Chandrika and Dissna)... delicious breakfasts and Sri Lankan food (thank you!!!). The villa is a short ride into Hikkaduwa for cafe's, beaches & activities. We were fortunate to spend New Year at a local beach restaurant (walking distance) ... a fantastic night, thanks Tharanga for that suggestion!! I would highly recommend Tharanga as an amazing host and Luxury Villa as a great place to stay and relax!!!

We had an amazing holiday at this villa. The hospitality from beginning to end was exceptional. Tharanga and her team looked after us beautifully and always greeted us with genuine smiles and kindness.Everything was perfectly organised. Local fishermen brought fresh food, which Tharanga and her girls prepared for us. When my daughter asked for a chocolate milkshake, it was immediately arranged. I enjoyed delicious daily smoothies, and we always had everything we needed. We were never disturbed, yet the team was always there whenever we needed help — the perfect balance of privacy and care.Everyone was wonderful, but a very special thank you goes to Tharanga. She handled every request with ease, helped organise massages, and made sure our stay was absolutely perfect.Thank you for such an unforgettable experience. Wonderful stay. The house staff is amazing. Thuranga and Asanka were always helpful and ready to assist if needed. The meals, while not compulsory, were well worth having. If you want a taste of Sri Lanka culture and cuisine, this is the way to go. Highly recommend.

This place was a true gem for my wife and me. Tharanga and the rest of the staff blessed us beyond and always with an infectious smile. The meals prepared were amazing too. The pool and garden area was very well taken care and perfect for swim laps. When we return to SriLanka, we will want to make this a another stay:)

Firstly, the communication with the owner, Jean-Marc, was excellent from the time of booking until the last day of our holiday. The villa was clean and spacious and the garden beautiful and immaculately maintained. The location was good, easy to get to Galle and Hikkaduwa by tuk tuk!In agreement with other previous reviews, the staff were absolutely amazing! Looked after us so well and it felt like they were our family, especially Tharanga and Nimalie! Tharanga managed everything and arranged our trips out and everything we needed! Nimalie cooked us wonderful food and always with a happy smile. The boys looked after the garden and pool and had a good rapport with our son of the same age. We all cried when we had to leave. We had a special evening with the owners and staff, which we enjoyed very much! The staff here are beautiful warm and friendly and the pool is devine. The most peaceful scenic views are available from each room

We stayed in the Beach Mansion for 10 nights and we wished we could have stayed much longer. The house and its facilities are fantastic. After a roundtrip in Sri Lanka we wanted to work (online) during our stay. The house is perfectly suited for just that, but it is also very easy to relax and enjoy all the house and the surroundings offer. The house is very clean, spacious. AC in the 3 bedrooms. A great veranda and superb view of the ocean. The pool is very clean and nice. Jean Marc, the owner, was very responsive and friendly. What makes Beach Mansion a 5+ star villa are the staff. Sanjay, Tharanga, Nimalie and Ganga did their utmost to make our stay very very special. They cooked fantastic meals, did groceries, took care of us in general. They made us feel incredibly welcome, and were professional and very warm at the same time. The photos are a very adequate description of the house. For us it was the first time to stay in a private villa with a staff like Beach Mansion offers. The staff are discreet and professional, friendly and warm. Our advice is to just experience it and enjoy your time. If we have a chance, we will definitely come back!

This was our 5th visit to Sri-Lanka, we always stay in Private Villas and have had some wonderful experiences, but also, some pretty bad ones. But Beach Mansion Villa is up there with the best of them, really clean, spacious, good location, good communication with the owner, but I have saved the best until last, the staff are amazing, they are discreet, but really pleased to make the holiday special, and the food, wow, what great food, from the fisherman turning up at 8:00am, with the catch of the day, to the amazing meal served in the evening, nothing fresher, nothing tastier. Sanjay the Manager, all I can say about him is that if I had a villa, I would want him managing mine, he is brilliant, the Girls, Tharnga, Ganga and Nimale, fantastic, if we come back next year, we are booking the same location. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special. Lastly, we were lucky enough to meet some wonderful puppies, who initially shy, welcomed us every day when we went out of the secured gate where the river and sea merge.

What an amazing holiday, if you want to forget about work and house work and be treated like kings and queens this is the place to stay. They call themselves staff but felt like family Sanjay could not do enough for us and helped us see the beautiful Sri Lanka. When we were there it was my husband's birthday and they made it so special even bought him a personalised cake balloons and fireworks wine and a lovely meal. If you want a relaxing retreat this is the place. Everyone made us welcome I cried when they said goodbye to us. The girls even braided my hair, got to mention Jack the dog who was fantastic felt like home from home. Thank you for a fantastic holiday
