Luxury Villa Mami is a stunning 4 bedroomed deluxe villa with private pool in a prime location just 100 metres from St Thomas' Beach and walking distance from all amenities in Pefkos. This recently renovated villa combines home comforts, traditional features along with a luxury elegance making it perfect for a villa holiday. Set on one level and within a private walled garden, it is ideal for families and with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms it is also great for couples and friends sharing. >

The main house consists of an open plan lounge with fully fitted kitchen with seating and dining area around the original feature oven and fire place. There are two bedrooms one with king size Lindian bed and the other with a double mattress, both protected with Coco-mat toppers. The bedrooms can be accessed separately or they also interconnect for use as a family suite. The main master bedroom has an ensuite shower/WC. There is a further family bathroom with bath and shower is adjacent to the family suite and lounge area.The adjacent building has two further bedrooms, one with Lindian king size bed , one with twin beds and both with ensuite shower/wc. All the shower rooms are fully tiled with luxury rain showers.

The kitchen is well equipped with a full oven, hob, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine plus utility facilities of a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A complimentary welcome hamper is provided on arrival.

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout to provide a cool retreat from the midday sun or those hot summer nights. There are SMART TV's and Wifi is also provided for your entertainment should you wish to keep in touch with the outside world. Or simply close that villa door, switch off and relax in your own piece of paradise.

The villa is designed for Mediterranean outdoor living with its pergola covered table for dining al fresco and the adjacent stonebuilt BBQ and outdoor kitchen area. A further corner sofa seating area is a great spot for relaxing with your morning coffee and sundowners. Sunloungers and umbrellas and a an egg chair surround the pool as you relax in the warmth of the Greek sun with your favourite book, music and a long cold drink. The gardens are filled with Mediterranean trees, plants and herbs to give a country feel and yet you are just a few steps from the beach and the heart of the resort.

Luxury Villa Mami is originally a family home and was always known as Mami's House so it seems to perfect to maintain that family connection in the name. A unique villa which is not on a development like most in the area and which will be sure to provide a warm Greek welcome and luxury stay for your Pefkos villa holiday.

We had an excellent 12 days at the Villa. Location is fabulous. You can literally roll down the short hill into the sea from a lovely little quiet beach. Outside area is fantastically well set up with dining and seating in the shade and a small dip pool surrounded by umbrellas and sun loungers. Be prepared to eat out - facilities are great to cook - but out is easier. However, this property will be difficult for families with small children as it is currently set up. In the main house there are two doubles with adjoining doors. The beds are at height. Wouldn’t work if more than one child - and it would need to be an older child. The second building is an annexe with a double and a twin - and there are no adjoining doors between the rooms. You would be separate from your children….with an external door on both rooms. BUT if you have teenage kids like we did - or you are two (possibly 3) couples. You will love this place. Our kids loved having their own lockable rooms with en-suites. We could just leave them to sleep there in the mornings whilst we had the run of the house and outside. We are going to book again for next year it was so good. There is space to drop off bags outside the house but no real parking on the road (unless you want to have a run in with the locals). Check with the owner / property manager before you leave where to park. There are other places up the road - but you want to make sure you know where - when you turn up.
