Luxury Villa Alpha Prestige with Pool

Lovely place to spend your holiday. The house is very cozy and spacious. It is also very well-equipped.

I cannot recommend this place higher. The view is incredible, villa is ultra-luxurious and very clean.

The interior and exterior of the villa is absolutely gorgeous and completely exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully decorated and modernly furnished. It is a very short walk to town and was a great base for our family for exploring Brac or the other islands nearby. Would highly recommend.

We loved it. From the looks and equipment of the facility to the courtesy and friendliness of the owners and staff, everything was on top level!

The view from the terrace was lovely and the beds ware very comfortable. The pool, although small, was very good.

We were really excited to stay at the villa as the photos were so great, but actually in real life it’s even better! Once inside we were so happy with the villa, it really is stunning. Modernly furnished and very clean. We really enjoyed being by the pool in the day time enjoying wonderful view. The beautiful center is just minutes away and we really enjoyed going out for drinks and dinner for the week we were there. Overall it was a fabulous and relaxing week.

The villa is luxurious, modernly furnished and very comfortable. Our host was very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Terrace is fantastic for daytime relaxing and evening BBQ and dining. Sutivan is beautiful and has a small mix of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and will hopefully be back!

It is located right on the water near a small town Sutivan, with an amazing sea view. Beach area is just in front of the house. Gorgeous terrace, too! The house itself is very nice, great air conditioning, and good wifi. It is a perfect mix of beautiful location; friendly and helpful host; and luxury accommodations.

Superb villa with everything your heart desires within walking distance to the beautiful village of Sutivan. Concierge service was absolutely wonderful. Unobtrusive and invisible, but as soon as you need them they are at your disposal. They were extremely helpful in organizing boat trips and with suggestions for days out. The villa is just a short walk into town. Sutivan is a lovely little town, a little quieter than Supetar, which was perfect for us.

This place is exactly what you need for a getaway with your family and friends. Village Sutivan is a short walk away and beach is right in front of the house. All in all a 5* experience.
