Sandmartins was such a beautiful place to stay, from the stunning pool to the views of the mountains from the dam, to the magnificent rooms, the pool table, the board games, the large kitchen - simply fantastic. We had such a great time and were really sad to leave. I highly recommend staying here and will certainly come back.

Stayed Mar 26, 2026Sandmartins was absolutely perfect for our extended family gathering for a wedding in the Winelands. It is a beautiful but relaxing villa and well appointed. There was plenty of room for us all with lots of space indoors and outside, including several brai areas. It is in a lovely but secure estate and having daily maid service was an added bonus.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024We stayed at SandMartins from the 26th December 2024 to 4 January 2025. The first impressions of this immaculate property and estate is just wonderful and sets the atmosphere for a wonderful vacation. Very spacious, sunny and fully equipped. The entertainment and pool areas are the delight of the stay and make for wonderful sundowners. Best wishes to Sandie and Martin who are fabulous hosts and very responsive. See you soon again!

Stayed Dec 24, 2022We had a great time at Sandmartins over the 2022 Christmas holiday. The house is very well equipped, clean and secure. Sandra is a great communicator and kept us nicely informed through the entire process. She even decorated the house for Christmas for us! As is common in South Africa, load shedding does impact this property, but we appreciated the small backup battery that kept the internet and Tv going. Also there is a large and heavy cover over on the pool table. Our lesson was not to place this on the patio, but to keep this inside and the wind knocked it over, causing some minor damage. All in all we had a great stay and really appreciate working with Sandra and Martin. Thanks
