Stayed May 24, 2026This house is situated directly in the pass. East winds churn up the water and my boat had to be moved to millers marina. Very poor dock location if you care about your boat. Additionally, the house isn’t in the greatest condition. Furniture is cheap and not very comfortable. Would not recommend for the hefty price. Plus you might have to deal with their cleaning lady…. Who caused quite a dramatic end to our trip when she needed to move some furniture that my 8 & 9 year old children had shuffled around. (I wasn’t even aware). Stay clear. Dramatic owner and service staff.

Stayed May 25, 2025Loved this location! On the water, close to Miller’s Marina, easy for our fishing captain to pick us up right in back of the house. House was sparkling clean and very well equipped for our two-week stay. Communication with rental agent, Kimberly, was quick and clear. We had a lot of questions and she was unfailingly responsive! We’ll be back!

Stayed May 25, 2025Location is great for us. Just down the street from Miller’s Marina and with a dock in the backyard so our boat captain could pick us up. Inside, it was fastidiously clean, beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. We’ll be back!

Stayed Apr 23, 2025We just stayed for a second year in a row, we loved it so much. This trip we brought our kids and friends. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The location is unbeatable, we saw dolphins every day. And the house is perfectly set up for entertaining and lounging.
