Stayed Jun 13, 2025Property views are spectacular! This is a corner unit so you have side views of the Gulf as well as full on frontal views, at the 3rd floor level. Condo is great for 2 people, but would be cramped for more than 2. Elevator was not working on arrival, So we took to the steps with luggage, A painter who was working on the property at the time, saw that I needed help snd carried my suitcase all the way to the 3rd floor! Impressive! But Boca Grande is like that. Wonderful, courteous people from check-in, to the poolside tiki hut, to the fabulous restaurant, and the wonderful folks who are willing to share their homes with us vacationers. Thank you for a most memorable vacation!

Stayed Aug 14, 2025A wonderful experience. Gorgeous views from the wall of windows overlooking the gulf. Extremely clean unit and property grounds. Everything you could possibly need during your stay is provided (minus food and drinks, of course). Bonus: the owner and property staff were very kind and made the stay extraordinarily pleasant. We look forward to returning!
