Ocean Front Villa
This Villa is on the upper level of the building. Both levels of this house can be rented separately or the entire house can be rented all together. Sea Spray is a charming 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom property, right on the ocean. It has its own private steps down to the beach, perfect for snorkeling or swimming. The French Seash doors to the covered balcony are the only thing between you and the ocean extending into infinity. You can hear the relaxing sound of the waves day and night. The sea breeze is cooling and the view is as good as it gets!
Guest can also inquire about renting the Entire Villa, which sleeps up to eight (6) people.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances and the living and dining area is very comfortable and stylish.
The bedrooms are air conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout.
Other domestic services can be arranged (for example: Maid Service).
Seaspray is just a few minutes walk from the renowned 'Fish Pot Restaurant' which is open for ocean front breakfast, lunch and fine dining at dinner. There is a local eatery, 'Mertons' within walking distance and a convenience store. Speightstown is approximately 2 miles away; there you will find duty free shopping, supermarkets and banks.
Please note that, in Barbados, it is mandatory to collect an additional rate room levy of BBD 8.75 per bedroom per night. This needs to be paid in cash upon arrival.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Seaspray Villa. We rented the top unit only and it was everything we hoped for. The owner is great at communicating. She arranged our ride to and from the airport. We also rented a car through them which was extremely convenient. This villa is located in a quieter area with only a few businesses in close walking distance but it made for a peaceful experience and we just used the car rental to venture out. We do not have any complaints about this property and highly recommend others to rent through them.
The first impression when we walked through the front door and saw the view from the balcony was WOW and that did not change from the first day to the last. We love being by the ocean and that is exactly what we got. Communications with the owner were excellent and the property manager was charming. For various reasons (mainly my partners health) we will not be returning to Barbados but if we did we would definitely consider staying at Sea Spray Villa again
It is a lovely apartment (with another apartment underneath but it feels very private). We spent a lot of time on the balcony with the superb sea views. The little private beach was really only useable at low tides but that was easy to google so we could plan our days: you can snorkle literally 20 feet out from the beach and see loads of fish and the next door beach is quiet and beautiful. Wifi and bedroom aircon worked well. There was plenty of room in the comfortable main living area and the second bathroom was really helpful to have. It was disappointing that the washer and drier were out of order (we had been travelling for a few weeks and were looking forward to using them) but I am sure this will be fixed soon as the owners clearly care a lot about their property. Brilliant restaurant (The Fish Pot) 5 mins walk - wonderful but quite pricey - and a few beach bars walkable too. The owner phoned us during our stay to check everything was OK and Joel the housekeeper who checked us in and out was really helpful when we managed to leave our passports there after we left! We would definitely book again.
Just returned from a two week stay at Sea Spray and enjoyed it thoroughly. Joel was on site to welcome us and was wonderful at giving us a lay of the land. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed, tastefully appointed and, oh that balcony! Two master bedrooms with bathrooms makes it a great choice for two couples. Steps leading down to a private beach got us into a wonderful routine of daily swims before breakfast. It’s an easy walk to Moontown where you can pick up most essentials. The little store (St. Elmo’s) is an experience in itself! Speightstown is a couple miles south with lots of shopping and restaurants. We loved the vibe of the area as it wasn’t as busy as the south and southwest shores and our rental car gave us lots of flexibility to tour the island. Linda and Les were great hosts and called several times to answer any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely loved this place- hope to return and recommend it highly! Perfect setting, perfect spot- easy to get anywhere on the island.
Enjoyable relaxing stay. Would return.
From the moment we booked our stay, Les and Linda were in contact with us, very informative. They even checked in with us while we were at their Villa to see if we needed anything. Wonderful people and Marcia the property manager met us at the Villa to give us keys and great tips on places to visit. Villa is literally on the beach, steps right in to the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Snorkeling was great, even saw a couple turtles! We were even treated to the most beautiful rainbows ?! We can’t wait to return.
Literally right on the water, very comfortable, quiet apartment, supportive owners, great swimming from the private cove, would gladly stay again.
It was a nice, clean, comfortable villa with great views of the ocean but was too far from most of the Cropover events which was the reason for our stay. The villa was extremely hot upon checking in and a suggestion would be to turn on the AC several hours prior to guests arriving. It was disappointing after traveling all day to arrive in a hot villa. We had to shut all the windows and turn on the AC. Also, it was 5 ladies staying for an entire week with only 4 rolls of toilet paper. After requesting more toilet paper, it was advised that we go out and purchase our own. That was quite a shock. We all thought that basic necessities such as toilet paper would be ample and provided.
I stayed in late April with my mother, and we both enjoyed the villa very much, There were no steps inside, which was helpful for my mother. We both enjoyed being on the balcony with the ocean views, especially in the cooler mornings. The villa is located on the northwest part of the island in St Lucy, a more rural area, but lovely, where you can get a real taste of local life. We rented a car and toured several places on the north part of the island (Animal Flower Cave, Bathsheba, Wildlife Preserve, 2 botanical gardens) and went to the Earthworks Pottery. The Bajans are all so friendly. The villa is equipped with everything you need: we packed lunches for the beach (I had brought a soft-sided cooler) and cooked small dinners most nights. The beach towels and umbrellas provided were super helpful. Visitors may want to bring water shoes as some of the beaches are a bit rocky. We went to Gibbes Beach twice and Schooner Bay in Speightstown to find places with fewer ocean rocks. If you gauge it right, dipping into the ocean via Sea Spray's cove is quite delightful. Theresa was there to orient us and provided useful information upon arrival and departure. The owners checked in several times, which was nice -- very helpful if you need assistance during your stay. I think Sea Spray Villas was a great choice: lovely views and good amenities.
