Stayed Jul 29, 2025The house was wonderful for our family of 5. Great location right in the heart of the golden circle. Perfect for short or long day trips. Easy to check into the house and plenty of room to spread out a bit. Would definitely stay here again. Loved our trip to Iceland!!

Stayed Jun 26, 2023The owners were incredibly gracious with our impacted travel plans and once we finally made it we were ecstatic when we pulled up to the house. It is not quite as remote as the pictures might tend to make you believe. We spent a lot of time in Selfoss which is a short 20 or so minute drive. We also used the couple of small grocery options within ten minutes just about everyday. Over the course of our stay I think we made it to every attraction on the golden circle we had planned. The home was lovely, quit, secluded and comfortable. It was perfect.
