Luxury Detached 3 Bed Villa with Large Pool & Stunning Gardens in Quiet Location

Great villa, great location, lovely pool.

We have just spent a very relaxing 10 days at this lovely villa. Everything we needed was available and the area was great, so clean and tidy. The pool area was great and plenty of sun or shade areas to relax. A quick 5 min walk brings you to the main road with plenty of buses to take you into Kyrenia or to any of the many restaurants along the Lapta strip, some within walking distance. Communication with Pete and Jean was great as was the help from property management Di and her husband. We had a great holiday and would recommend this villa to anyone wishing to explore TRNC

The villa was well equipped and clean, in a quiet location with a beautiful pool and walking distance to restaurants.

First off, the villa is really nice. Location is good and we would have walked to the various restaurants, but the main road does not make for a pleasant stroll. After a couple of days we resorted to using taxis at £5 each way. The villa is well equipped, clean, in a quiet location, has a decent size pool and lots of space around the pool so you can have your own space. I could not give the villa 5 stars though. Main reason is that the AC in the bedrooms is on a countdown timer (in the master bedroom it only runs for 1 hour before shutting down). When we were there, it was 35c at 11:00pm and although there are ceiling fans, all they do is shift the hot air around the room. If I had known this, I would not have booked the villa. Another review stated the family bathroom was smelly. It is and the solution is quite simple - put a proper trap on the basin to prevent a direct path from the sewer to the bathroom. The other thing I was not happy about - the roof terrace. The villa was advertised with comfy sofa, table and large parasol to enjoy the mountain and sea views. The reality was 4 plastic sunbeds. I know the sun causes a lot of damage, but everybody else seems to manage. I would go back if the issues mentioned above were resolved - but as it stands, there are other options.

Villa really well laid out - plenty of space for 6 adults. Pool area was great with enough sun beds and parasols. Nice welcome pack in the fridge with essentials for our late night arrival. All commutations with the owners were swiftly answered. A thoroughly wonderful and relaxing 2 week stay. I would highly recommend this location to anyone thinking of coming to Northern Cyprus.

Wonderful Villa in a great location to relax and enjoy the beautiful Cyprus weather. Everything you need is there and pete and jean along with their management company are always ready to help. Would highly recomnend!

We stayed for 6 days. Overall everything was quite good. There were only a few missing details that are mentioned beforehand, but property manager was very helpful to solve those minor issues.

Lovely property in quiet location

Villa site on a peaceful plot surrounded by the exotic plants and fruits you'd expect in Cyprus. The pool is very welcome in this climate and the numerous setting areas (even a roof terrace) means there's a space for you no matter how much sun you want or don't if that's the case A first class villa, just a short walk from some fabulous seaside restaurants, what more could you wish for?

Had a lovely stay at the Villa, the location was excellent with only less than 5 minute walk to main road to catch dolmus (bus) and 10 to 15 minute walk to the Lapta strip for bars, restaurants & shops. The villa is well equipt, the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Will definitely go back in future.
