Large Luxury 4 bedroom Villa With Private Swimming Pool In Lapta, North Cyprus.

Check-in is easy once you get the instructions from David. The kitchen is a great space, with plenty of proper utensils and great to cook in, I am a chef. The pool is a decent size for the family, the house is grand, and you can have your own space from the rest of the family if you wish. I will be returning next year.

We have stayed in Northern Cyprus many times and this villa is definitely up there as the best we have rented,We booked for a month and from the very start David and his team were always there if needed and the communication could not be beaten,The villa itself was in a great location 3-4 mins walk to the seafront where you would find a very popular walking trail,To the left in 15 mins you could walk to Sardunyas bar & restaurant which overlooks a beautiful beach and if you went right in 25 minutes you could walk to Silver Rocks bar & restaurant which by day also has a swimming pool which is free to use,Straight out of the villa just a 7-8 min walk and you can eat and drink at the wild duck and the food there like everywhere is amazing,Up on the strip about 10 mins you will find lots of shops,bars & restaurants catering for everyone from Indian to chinese and of course local cuisine.The villa itself has an amazing outdoor area with sunbeds,chairs and tables which are enough for everyone,and as for the pool its stunning and always clean and a real good size,All the bedrooms are a great size and all very comfortable.The living room is really nice too.If anyone asked me about renting in Northern Cyprus I would recommend this villa for definite as the service and communication that you receive cannot be beaten,David thank you so much for letting us have the villa for a month and I will definitely be in touch when we come back out again as we all loved it so much.Thanks Again !!

The villa is amazing, beautifully presented and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly want. The pool is fabulous and we spent a lot of time in it, lots of comfy sunbeds and loads of places to sit in the garden which is also beautiful. Wi-Fi good, tv's good. Beds really comfortable. Lots to do in the area and lots of great places to eat. All in all, loved our stay. Would definitely return to this villa.

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks September 19 in a party of 5 , the villa is amazing, it has so many outdoor seating options it’s hard to decide where to sit. The outdoors are absolutely stunning with the large pool and the Astro turf plus all the sun beds are all day sun traps, we can’t speak highly enough of it , would we stay here again 1000% we would. The owner was extremely kind in letting us stay at the villa on day of check out as we had a late flight and the new arrivals weren’t due in till late themselves, if you want to relax and unwind there’s nowhere better, it’s so quiet at night it’s bliss. There’s plenty of things to do with the new walkway only a few minutes walk away and a few bars restaurants in walking distance. A car is needed to get to further places but also there’s a bus service anywhere along the main rd. we have been coming to laptop for about 8 yrs now and this villa is by far the best we have stayed in, the villa has everything you need and more , the furnishings are of a very good quality. There’s games dvds etc to keep you occupied if needed although we didn’t really watch tv as we sat outside until bedtime. This really is a little gem and you won’t be disappointed , the owner also gave us information on certain places to eat etc. Definitely 5 stars plus Mark West Midlands

My family had a great stay at the villa and enjoyed the peaceful location. The pool, Netflix and location made for a great stay.

We stayed at this lovely Villa in Lapta for 2 weeks in August and had a fantastic holiday. The villa itself was amazing, very spacious, modern and very well equipped. The pool was very large with astroturf around it making it very safe and comfortable to walk around, our 2 daughters loved spending most of the day in its warm water. The views of the mountain were great and the outside area was beautifully lit up at night. We hired a car and an airport transfer through a contact that David gave us which was very useful as on the way from the airport we stopped off at a 24 hour supermarket to get some supplies ready to start our holiday. The car was very handy for shopping and eating out in the evening, our favourite restaurant was the Silver Rocks which is one of the closest to the villa, although we also enjoyed breakfast and dining out at the Wild Duck. The villa is very large and whether you wanted to lie in the sun or escape under the canopy over the terrace there is always somewhere to go . We would love to go back in the near future and would highly recommend this holiday Villa, David and Karen were very accommodating from booking through to our arrival in North Cyprus, and they made us feel very welcome.

The property is well 'advertised' as the photos are reflective of how great the villa is in real life. There is lots of room inside (which is beautifully furnished and layed out) plus tons of room outside, with a really good sized pool. Lapta is a lovely location with some great bars & restaurants very conveniently located - either within a 5-10 minute drive - or easily walkable, although you will need a torch when walking back from Sardunya beach bar (which is very fun!). The Lapta coastal walk is very close by - 5 minutes walk - if you are a runner it is a nice 2 mile run, plus there is great countryside to run into also. Even if you want a little more pedestrian holiday Zihini's beach cafe is within a 15 minute walk and is run by the loveliest man. I think he is reflective of all the people in Northern Cyprus - they are so friendly, hospitable and welcoming. Be aware that Lapta is in the North of Cyprus and that not all hire car company's will loan you a car because of the border control that you will need to go through to access Kyrenia and onto Lapta. Additionally, see if you can get some precise instructions from the hire company about how to access the border in Nicosia, it is not easy to find. Overall, this is a great villa for a laid back relaxing holiday with good food, environment and local things to do. We had a fantastic week.

Amazing holiday

We had a very enjoyable, relaxing week in the villa near Lapta, as I said in the review title it was a lovely, spacious, private villa. It had everything you could want, large comfortable beds, all the amenities in the kitchen, plenty of TV's if you want them, the only slight problem was the Internet didn't seem to be working. There was a lovely large clean pool, which we used every day, and a well kept garden. We ate out every evening in several different restaurants, mainly along the Lapta strip, a favourite of ours being Veni Vechi, a very nice Italian , we we could recommend. While we were there we visited Bellapais Abbey, st Hilarion Castle, and the harbour at Kyrenia, all well worth a visit. We also took a ride up into the mountains, along a very winding road which had some spectacular views. We would recommend this villa to anyone needing a quiet relaxing holiday.
