Luxury beach front Villa in Galle!

Lovely villa, exellent service.

From arrival to departure our stay was perfect. Indra, Kumara and Ameera are very special people. The home, garden, pool, just everything about this place is wonderful. I cannot praise it highly enough. Thank you for making a holiday so memorable. Loved it.

We had such an amazing time. Villa Olu is a special place with amazing views. We will return for sure.

From the moment you drive through the gates of Villa Olu you know that you have made the right choice. We are a family group of 2 Grandparents; Mum and Dad; two children 15 and 12. The villa was paradise for us we had everything we needed and more. Indera, Amera and Kumara greet you as honoured guests. Their service throughout was top rate they took care of every request with a smile. Indera was a treasure the meals he cooked were better than the restaurants in Galle. Sri Lankan Curry; Spring Rolls; Lemon Chicken these are just a few of the dishes he cooks from scratch. We barely ate out, I must not forget the wonderful start to the day Sri Lankan Breakfast Fresh Fruits and Omelette always served with a smile by Kumara.. The ambience of the villa is that of a small boutique hotel you experience the same standards of luxury and service nothing is too much trouble. Friends have commented that it looks like paradise and it was!

We had such an amazing time at Villa Olu. Indera's cooking was better than the restaurants in Galle. We were treated like royalty and will certainly be back!

Villa Olu is an absolute dream to stay in and we truly struggled to leave this place. Designed for modern and comfortable living and to capture the amazing outlook to the ocean. The villa staff (Indra & Kumara) looked after every detail and nothing was too difficult. They cooked delicious meals showcasing various Sri Lankan dishes and ingredients. They also cooked the occasional western dish to change it up for the kids. The villa layout with bedrooms upstairs and all the living areas downstairs worked great. Bedrooms are all separate and private and have great ensuites including both inside and outside showers. The villa also had more than enough separate spaces for people to enjoy peace and quiet (living area, bedrooms, front garden, terrace, pool area, beach pagoda, etc). We walked the short distance around the cove (5 mins) to swim outside the Amari hotel in a protected area of the beach. Hope to get back to Villa Olu!

This house is perfect. On the beach with a great pool. Very helpful and efficient staff. We had 4 month old twins and a 2 year old along with three adults and still had an extra bedroom. This house is lsyed out perfectly. Would recommend this house to everyone. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for a great holiday!!

From the second we arrived at the gates we knew our expectations from the online information were going to be fulfilled; from the first few minutes inside we knew our expectations were in fact going to be exceeded! All rooms inside have something special about them whilst in-keeping with Sri Lankan style. The staff are great and attentive without being intrusive. I can't get my favourite thing about Villa Olu down to a single favourite so instead must go with my top five which are dining with an ocean view beyond the infinity edge pool, relaxing in the sun pavilion, cooling down in the infinity edge pool, the master bedroom and being away from it all yet only minutes away from all which the Galle area of Sri Lankan life has to offer! We are already planning to return later this year so naturally we would recommend not merely considering a stay at Vila Olu but getting one booked!

This villa is absolutely stunning! The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The facilities are superb making this a home from home, although I wish my house had a private pool and four poster beds! The views of the ocean are incredible too and we especially enjoyed staying up, sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set over the ocean. Exquisite! Indera the housekeeper was lovely, making sure we felt at home and prepared the perfect breakfast for us each day. He was a great help with local knowledge too as there is so much to see and do around Galle... Although we could barely tear ourselves away from the villa. Overall we loved our stay and would urge anyone to go and see for yourselves just how beautiful Villa Olu is.

The service was very good with great attention to detail.We enjoyed Indera's curry and the fresh seafood served straight from the BBQ.Our favourite place was the sun pavillion where we watched the amazing sunsets.We are already planning our next visit. Thank you for a great holiday Villa Olu.
